2 bedroom villas at Beach Club

We are staying in a two bedroom villas at the Beach Club. Does anyone know if we need to bring our own laundry detergent/dishwashing soap, etc....? We are not part of the DVC.

They will supply you with all that! If you run out just call mousekeeping for more.

Actually, they will not supply more laundry detergent. They will supply more dishwasher and dishwashing soap, but not the laundry detergent.

I agree with Terry S, we've only recieved laundry detergent for one load at check-in.

I just pack those laundry tablets... they are easy to bring and aren't messy.

They will supply extra boxes of Tide, but the charge is $1 per box. Same price in the resort store.

They only supply one box if you are a member (or rented from a member) and are staying on points. If you reserved thru Disney, you would get more provided as needed. Anyway, that's what happened when we have stayed part of a stay on points and part on cash.

With a cash reservation you would get daily housekeeping, so they would leave a new box everyday. With points reservations, you would only get a new box on T & T days or on full housekeeping if more than 7 nights.

Thanks everyone.... we booked through a travel agency, so it looks like we'll have plenty of laundry detergent (thank goodness, because we will also have plenty of dirty kid clothes - we are going with my eight month old and my two nephews - 2 and 4).
