2/13/2011 Disney Dream 4 Day Cruise

So excited for you!:yay: I bet you have been very busy, I am sure we will all eventually run into each other sometime on the cruise. I bet we can spot you both on CC day:rotfl: just look for the bride and groom. I hope it is a beautiful day for you.

You can probably spot us on embarkment day in my mickey bridal ears and his mickey top hat :rotfl: We will be easy to spot on cc thats for sure

SWEET movie list!! Thanks for checking...a lot of them I've never seen!

DUDES!! We're getting (like some of the rest of you)....3-7" of snow tomorrow & Weds. is bringing in snow, ice, freezing rain, etc. We spent all weekend trying to remove snow from our roof! :scared1:

Here's to hoping we don't lose electricity!

Watching next week's forecast VERY carefully. I'll rent a car & drive down if I have to :rotfl2:.

I've been reading the negative comments, too, about the Dream. As long as I can eat, sleep & read I'll be fine. :)

I said the same thing I'll drive if I have to!!! Not missing that boat!

If our airport is socked in, it would be a horrible drive. I can't even remember the last time it closed! It would have to be snowmaggedden.

Stay safe - all of you guys in that weather. We've got snow here, too - followed by an ice storm. No school today OR tomorrow :headache:

We got ice yesterday...right now we are having sleet and in a hour or two we should have THUNDER SNOW...yep thunder in lightning with SNOW!!

My husband is still on his way home from work. He left at 8:30 and it usually only takes him 25 minutes to get home. So I am nervously waiting to see his car come home!

He'll be home soon...then it's time to hunker down. Thunder/lightning with snow? That means BIG snow...ugh.

:dance3:to all those who are seeing the bad wheather stay safe, i hope you all get a break and be able to make it to pc with ease. we actually had a nice weekend even got to wash the salt off both cars. still cant wait to get to the tropical wheater. see you all soon, we wil have a blast. :yay:

Our cruise docs arrived yesterday!!
And today arrived nasty nasty weather..oh boy. Pixie dust to us all for arriving safely to the port and enjoying some sunny weather, even for a little while.

To all you guys in the bad weather/snow areas I hope all goes well and it passes thru quickly. I hope it all goes away before it's time for flights to Orlando. It won't be long and you will be enjoying your vacation:banana:.

I found a review of our accessible room:lmao: 6686 and it was very good except there was not a fish:scared1: outside the stateroom door! It was from the maiden voyage so hopefully it will be fixed by the time we cruise or my stuff will be in the floor:rotfl2:. We are going to blink and it is going to be here:cloud9:

bad weather in New York yet again!!! i just want it all to be over! I keep looking at the weather and it says snow again next week-end! I'm telling you I'll drive 20 hours to PC!

That is why we are flying down next Thursday- gives me PLENTY of time to either reschedule or drive if I have to! My parents do 2-3 cruises a year and they always go 2 days early in the winter.

I just looked at the 10-day forcast for Orlando- Thurs high 69, Fri high 73... I really don't care what it is as long as there is no snow! :rotfl:

We got about 8-9 inches Tuesday, getting 6-10 more today but much more ice/sleet mixed in. Today DH is working from home and I am going to pack DD. Yesterday we were stuck inside all day so I made our no-sew fish extender (what a PITA-lol). Mine will be the red, white and blue one falling apart by day 2. :rotfl2:

Power out all over the place in our part of Ohio. Luckily our neighborhood has underground lines and we still have power. I looked outside and the whole world looks like a giant glazed donut. Should be a fun drive in to work.

This is Sam. Well we have 3/4 inch of ice and still have power. I really hope that we dont get another snow storm next weekend cause we are driving. I wish we where flyhing but the wife has never flown before and we are what the airlines call customers of size. So it is cheaper to drive the 17 hours. So if it is snowining we will be leaving earlier than the 6 am start on Saturday that we where planing on doing. I cant wait to see you all on the ship. Somebody get me a drink ready...:woohoo:

We are really worried about the weater too. We are in the process of B2B Snow and Ice Storms - These new storms have dumped app. 16 inches so far and its still going strong. We are driving too, and I'm geting really nervous. We might leave even earlier then planned.

when do you guys plan on leaving?

We were thinking around 11:30 in the afternoon on Friday(2/11). Picking the kids up from school a little early. Now I'm thinking we might head out Thursday Night or Earlier on Friday.
