i just got a fairfx card at 1.98 and only fee is $2 to get cash at atm or if i choose to take the money off the card when i come back off holiday

I've just received 2 Fairfx cards and as long you put £500 on each card there are no fees, (apart from cash machines which I'm sure credit card companies charge for)
Can someone please explain the Fairfx card to me, how do I get it and what exactly is it? Are there any catches?![]()

Full list here of costs, Sarah thinks it works well for her but I don't like things like 80p min to speak to customer services, or £10 fee for disputed transactions (could be refunded), £5.99 fee for a replacement card etc etc.
Fees are clear if your are happy with them then the rate of $1.98 today is not bad.
