***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

I still don't buy it. It really does seem like that is leftover information from last spring and that Disney hasn't updated the page yet. At least that is what I'm counting on

Thanks! So now I'm making extra ADRs on top of the extra ADRs I already have for AK day! lol I have 2 Yak and Yeti dinners, trying to be prepared for whatever is thrown our way in terms of RoL timing, but on that particular day Flame Tree would be what we'd want for the package (Tusker House is a different day entirely than when I'm hoping we can see RoL). So....now I have a lunch ADR and 2 dinner ADRs. Wasn't April the "original" launch date????

ETA: All in an effort to be prepared regardless of which way this goes!

Yes, it's speculation. Rteetz mentioned that the show will start sooner than that but speculation right now is the dining packages will be available for May 2017 still... Some people think it's just a typo from the main page. Still have to wait I guess.

LOL, I have several ADRs too for the evening I'm spending at AK. On top of the Yak and Yeti dinner I have right now, I have a Tiffins one just in case they offer a dining package and I cannot get FP for one reason or another.

I would agree it's from last year because I remember it from last year. it was supposed to open April 22nd, which was earth day, with dining packages to follow. May 1st makes sense.

They would NOT be announcing a May 1st hard start 7 months in advance. That makes absolutely no sense. They tried to od that with the show initially and it ended in disaster and they have been very tight lipped since then on when it will open. They are getting the show online as quickly as they can and I don't believe they will be releasing any dining packages until it has run a few weeks and they know it is working - they don't want to have to call hundreds of people to cancel/refund as they have no alternate experience to offer them (like they did with MSEP and FoF). I think it was a mistake to put the old page live prematurely.

@Maryemcd, you might want to call and double check. I could easily be wrong! It is what a CM told me, but I know they can often tell people different things.

Yes, I was actually doing my daily checking and saw it before TP sent me a text!! It's actually earlier than the one I have now at 3:40; I appreciate the heads up though!!!

H&V early dinner buffet, and California grill brunch on the day we leave DW. What do u think? It look like we will be going to AK lodge twice. But I think we have tons of good eats!

Is it the weekend yet? My girls have had a rough day. I think DD2 is teething, on top of the little cold she has. No sleep.

DH has been the hero of the day, because he brought home stoferhoffer grapefruit beer! It's getting cold in the frig, and I cannot wait to open that baby. I just need to wait another hour before DD1 is in bed.

I'm also looking at getting some more t-shirts made for the girls, so they'll match. Yes, I'm *that* mom.

Teething is rough. I'm having a "worst mother in the world" week myself. Forgot to fill out the form and give the kid $4.15 for a recorder, so "Everyone got one" but him (I think a bunch of kids did not, he said theirs were "delayed.") Amazon to the rescue, $6.08 but worth it, will be here Monday. today while I got up at 6am to wash his swim suits (because I forgot last night) I forgot that they needed clothes to wear in the pool (his swim instructor does one lesson every couple of sessions where she has the kids wear clothes in the pool so that they know what it feels like and don't panic if they fall off a boat or something, one of the hazards of living on an island I guess) and this bothered him ALL DAY at school. As I've mentioned kiddo is on the spectrum so stuff like that really knocks him off his game for school. Work is mega stressful. i booked two possible illuminations parties so i can decide when i am in a better frame of mind but dreading telling kiddo no fireworks at HS. he would be ok with holiday, I am afraid they will be hastily thrown together and sucky. I know I am the big "everything will be amazing" advocate but having a hard time taking my own advice right now.

So sorry you are having a rough week. Just remember you are an awesome mom planning an awesome trip for your little man!!!
