Check out Pinterest.com, there are cute minnie heads made with oreos, mini oreos as ears and dip the bottom part of cookie in colored chocolate, they have TONS of Mickey/Minnie ideas

we did a Mickey theme for DS' first birthday last month. most of the ideas could be easily switched to Minnie. i need to take a picture of his invitations, but they were Mickey ears.
