Hey Shawna,Ok I just got off the phone with my interviewer and she said that we did NOT need to have a 2nd line if we had a land line that the call waiting could be disabled on. I have my 2nd phone line installation on Monday and I'm going to keep it because I was able to add it basically free for 3 months with no installation charge. After 3 months if I think I can go without it then I probably will cancel it. Just wanted to see if anyone else got that information.
Anyway, I am just waiting on my paperwork email!!![]()
I'm off to find a headset with MUTE on it! Funny thing was her kids were screaming in the background the whole time and she kept putting me on mute to make them stop so I dont feel so bad about scheduling when my kids are home!!!![]()
Since there was a lot of confusion on this issue, I e-mailed the lady (dont know if I am allowed to type her name) that sent us our new hire paperwork. This was her response to my e-mail...
--Before you can even start training you must have your second line. If not we will not be able to hire you. If you can get this ASAP that would be best.
This is why I decided to get the 2nd line.
