I also got the Plantronics - the S12 model. It is virtually the same as the S11 but has an option to wear the headset two ways. It really works great. I got it at Office Depot. Now if I could just get the pc set up email already!

Wow, I wonder if the one here has one in stock. They don't show it on their website and the closest one if an hour drive but if they have them I guess it would be worth it. Anyone closer to an OfficeMax willing to pick one up for me and I'd pay shipping, price, etc.

On the 2nd line....What options does this line have to have on it? Just curious on what services to order. Do I need long distance, caller id, call waiting etc.... What do I need to order?

Also has anyone actually started working? Not training but actually working?

I did my PC set up today at noon. However, just talked to DH and I need to change my training date. I tried calling the Human Resourse Generalist and sent an email. But haven't heard back. I also have not gotton the emails from the woman that did the PC set up that was supposed to send out the emails. I am sure I am just paranoid. Did your eamil come the same day?

I know the second line can't have call waiting. I don't think you are supposed to make calls on it becasue the calls go through 1800flowers. I just got a basic dial tone line.

so..... does that mean I am sitting up a local phone line and I provide 1800 flowers with the number and they set up a call forwarding process??
trying to figure out how all calls go through them if I have the phone line set up in my name.

Well..I got an email for PC set up that also said to set up aim. So I did that. But she said on conference call that she was going to send over another one, that we had to reply to with our aim name. But never got that. So with training starting Monday, I was just a little worried.
Should I be? Hmm??

Oh no guys, I'm having the worst of luck. For some reason whenever I hook anything into my USB ports aka the Printer, my computer freezes, is it really important to have the PDF files printed or can I toggle between the screens while on the set up call.

Fam1st, thank you for easing my tension. I was thinking, OMG I got this far and now what! Now to figure out why my printer, mouse, etc will not work. It's something to do with all my USB ports whenever I hook anything into them the computer freezes and I must reboot, this just started. Weird!

Also in the email it says that you must have a land line...and then it says and a reliable phone line to call from. Does this mean I must have two lines?

We don't have a phone line to begin with, never use it only our Cells. So does this mean I should get two lines from Bellsouth?

One more question if anyone is around. I downloaded and installed Citrix but then when I go back to the log-on site it says I don't have it installed so I clicked on it again and the the box that pops up says it is installed do I want to delete it?
