18 days and still nothing

Since it's been 18 days and I've heard nothing will I mostly get NLIC? My dash still says in progress and I never got a pending email I'm just worried since it's been so long and I thought my interview went really well. Any insight would help thanks!

Unless you received a pending email (which you said you didnt, but for anyone else reading) then your window of hearing back is 2-3 weeks. 18 days is still within the 2-3 week timeframe, so you still have 3 days before you hear SOMETHING from Disney, whether its pending, NLIC, or acceptance, but we all hope it's the latter
