I am going to get the book. Does the plan just tell you what foods to eat? Do you have to measure food like Weight Watchers or just eat the right foods like South Beach?
The book does have recipes and gives suggestions on what to eat. There is no measuring..thank goodness. It is pretty simple really..two fruits before 2pm, two probiotics and then lean meats and veggies. Oh, and 4 bottles of water and a few cups of green tea! I still have one diet coke during the day and make it my treat! It is pretty simple to follow and I am never hungry. I do always have a pot of veggie soup in the frig. It is my staple food if a craving happens.
