Thanks for the welcome back.
Disney1fan2002 - yes I am able to walk. While I was still in the sling I would tag along with Lynne when she had her long runs. I usually walked between 5 and 8 miles while she was doing much more. I even went on a specific 30 min walk around OKW while at WDW.
I am still trying to get coaught up with everything and don't seem to get settled down until 8 each night. I should just hit the TM every morning before work. I wake up early enough.
I will catch up with everyone later. I have been at clients all morning and have to leave for PT at 2:15 so I should try an get some work done.

Good luck, and, or Congrats to all of you
Talk to you in a couple of days.
Good luck to everyone this week! Watch what you are eating, drink water, drink water, drink water the drink some more!! And exercise!
hopefully that means I am off the plateau that I have been on.

Yeah for him!
I start working with a trainer next week and am soooo excited!
. I cried, but not too much because we're getting used to this which is kinda sad. I never get used to being lonely though, this time I don't even have a friend here. My one friend moved and I have not found anyone else to "hang out" with. It's gonna be a LOOOONG year. On the up side, DH comes home in August for a month and we get to spend 10 nights at WDW
