Another beautiful day! Got up and finally started the Biggest Loser DVD. It's funny, I probably spent more energy putting off doing the workout than I actually expended doing the workout!
My goal this week is to do the workout 6 days and do 30 minutes on the TM as well. I am shooting for a goal of 10 lbs.weight loss for October.

My hats off to you for getting it all done!!
Good luck with your exercise goal it is really hard to do it every day but once it is done you feel soooooo good!
