Good Morning!
I'm eating an apple as I type, so I guess healthy eating is in today!
Last night I was too whipped to exercise -- still not breathing clearly, and I ate Chinese food -- spring rolls and shrimp lo mein. At least I know I could have made worse choices.
I really want to lose 20 lbs. before our August vacation. Last year I started at the end of June, and was able to lose 10 lbs. before I left. I am determined to top that this year. When I was focused, it just happened. So, I'm going to have to be focused again. I was living, breathing, sleeping, consumed with thoughts about our trip, and that helped me resist temptations. I'm having trouble getting that enthused about this trip, because it's really more dh's idea than mine. I guess I'd better invest in some books about Bermuda! It's probably not a good sign that I'm already actively campaigning for what I want to do in 2007...
Tracy -- I really like LCs. I used to eat them for lunch every day. I think that's a habit I need to reinstate!
Debra -- My jaw is still dropped from LOST! I couldn't believe the last 5 minutes. I think Michael has been brainwashed, and I think we are going to be shocked from now until the finale.
Tara -- You will wear those jeans in September! I know you can do it!
Dona -- I think you should go to DW, if there is any way to make it happen. It sounds like you could use a boost, and need something wonderful to look forward to.
Kathy -- I hope you have a great time at the World! What better place to perk up your spirits!
Linda -- Are you packed for your trip yet? Ready for dd's big debut tonight?!
