I am actually feeling really good today.. Which is so odd, since today is the first day for TOM.
I think all that walking at WDW earlier this month really helped. If you recall, I was upset because I stayed the same weight over vacation (by the way, thanks to those who reminded me that that is actually a good thing. The cup is half full, the cup is half full ...)
I've lost a pound since then. It's been hard to keep my momentum up, but I am doing more than I was before I left. Plus, in the last two days I've been following the guidlines from the 3 hour diet. I saw it on the today show, Al is on it. It supposed to encourage losing belly fat. I actually feel good on it so far (so many times, I feel hungry or I get headaches on these things). So this is what I've been doing:
Breakfast- 9am -400 cals*
Lunch - 12 noon-400 cals*
Snack - 3 pm - 100-200 cals (popcorn, granola bar, something like that)
Dinner - 6 pm -400 cals*
*meals have card deck sized portion of protein, about double that for grains, and half the plate fruits and/or veggies.
I suck at counting calories, so I've followed the portion size for meals and then figured out later if the calories fit. Eventually, I hope to just pay attention to portions... easier for me to do it that way.

A friend of mine gave me her WW book but I don't think it is the Flex plan. So I'm not sure how it is supposed to work.

I weighed in on Dec. 15th last month, so this month has included Christmas and New Years.
. I do think February is a better month emotionally. It is shorter for one, and it is the last full month of (official) winter! So let's just decide to make February a good month!
