Hey Ladies!
Sigh. Ok, I got some perspective from Dona, so I'm not going to be sad. I stayed the same this week. It's actually not bad, and I had an awesome loss last week, plus I'm retaining Hoover Dam -- so next week will rock!
Last night was ds11's birthday. He wanted McDonald's for his birthday dinner, followed by Friendly's ice cream for dessert. Not what I wanted, but what can you do?
He's having a sleepover tonight to celebrate. We bought all kinds of chips, cookies, fruit, etc. Tween boys can really eat. I'm hoping there won't be many leftovers. I also bought a ton of 100 cal packs, so I can still eat but I'll have a sensible portion all ready.
Anyway, I'm starting to come down with a cold, and this is sort of pathetic -- I'm actually looking forward to the part where I feel so blah I don't want to eat, I'm really eager for a loss next Friday!
Belle -- Portions are really crucial with pasta. If you can limit yourself to one cup, you won't do too much damage.
Dona -- I so admire what you do! I teach Sunday School for an hour a week for 10 wks, and it's all I can manage to plan those lessons, even with all the materials provided!
Ronda and Cobra -- C25K is a great way to get moving! I know you lots of people on the boards who swear by it!
Margaret, Melissa & willonlyflytod -- I hope you guys are set up for a great weekend!
My goal, even with the cold settling in, is to get moving again. I did almost nothing this week, and I can feel it. After all the kids leave tomorrow, I'm going to walk on the TM. I'm not going to try to jog, I'm just going to walk. Gotta get in motion!
Maria
