I was able to successfully use the 7fab coupon code for 3 adult tickets. Reduced my tickets from $126.99 to $118.10 each. Return to the 1st post of this thread and follow the links. It doesn't seem to work if you access Viator directly. I believe there is a childs price for 9yrs and under, but I'm not sure. My kids are 17 and 11, so I didn't check it out. Hope this helps!

Yep, I was able to use the discount. However, I put it in the very first time I looked at the website to check the price and it worked. I closed it out, without buying, to discuss it with my husband and when I went back to the website, the next day, I had the same problem as you. The discount wasn't working. I then tried opening the shopping cart and the "old" order was still there with the discount. So, I paid approx. $590.00 for 5 Adult Tickets. I didn't go back and check to see if it would work again because I was just thrilled it worked that time!
I hope you can get it to work for you!!!

Hi Dizkids

While checking for a friend, I found out childs price (2-9yrs) is reduced to $108/coupon code. I am not having any trouble using the code. Good luck.

Wow! This is a great deal. I will have to look into these for our December trip!

Just returned from Spring Break using these tickets. The guy at the counter looked at the print out a couple of times but didn't say a word. The tickets say International on the back but we didn't have any problems. I was charged an international fee by my bank but it was $10 so I still saved quite a bit. I highly recommend these tickets. GREAT DEAL

Thanks for getting back to us with the update. Glad to hear you had no problems with the tickets, as I bit the bullet and ordered mine already. Hope you had a great trip!!

I have been debating about getting these tickets. This is what I am getting from all of the posts: you can get the ticket for 118 however someone just posted they were charged 10 for exchange of international money. You need to exchange the vouchers which is fine however if you go first thing in morning before park opens, you have to stand another line which usually goes slow (or it did the last two times I had to do this).

Or

I can buy from AAA for 130 a person (only two day park to park, which is only what I need) and not be hasseled with international rate changes, standing in line to exchange voucher and worrying if I would have a problem.

Decisions, decisions, decisions.

We're heading over early evening the day we arrive and the date on the voucher. Getting the voucher changed into tickets and if its not too crowded, walking around awhile.
Then we'll be set to start out the next day. I don't foresee any problems at all.
I just ordered two more from Viator.
I like that we'll be there a week, so if we want to go over for a couple of hours and leave, we won't feel like we've wasted a day.

i called them about these tickets and she said you had to go every single day, does anyone know if this is true? she said it was 14 consecutive days. I take that to mean you can go as much or as little as you want in those 14 days from first use. she didn't really seem to know what she was talking about though for any aspect of the vouchers.

Thanks for the info - I didn't realize that the tickets must be exchanged on the first day. We are flying in on 10/31. Does anyone have any idea what time the parks would be closing on that day for us to exchange the tickets? Now I'm afraid we may be too late - getting to Orlando at 5:30.

Thanks for any info!

I think the parks will close 6pm that time of year. Maybe later 10/31 due to HHN. GS might still be open when you arrive. Perhaps someone with more knowledge can help with that.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Universal Orlando 2-Park Bonus Ticket, through Viator.
Please note, this tour is available for anyone who wish to book.

Your are required to redeem your voucher on the date you nominate at the time of your booking request. Once you exchange your voucher, your ticket is valid for 14 consecutive days.

This was an email response from one Viator rep, wouldn't take it for gospel. We will be arriving Tues 11/2 late eve, (look for us! ;)) and we'll have to wait until the next day also. I'd like to believe there will be SOME flexibility as to date of exchange, especially the next day. Perhaps you should place a call to Viator (maybe they can adjust the date on the resv?) or US guest services to be sure.

Please do not forget that you have to pay a parking fee to arrive in the afternoon or evening to exchange your voucher. After 6 p.m. it is only a small fee and before 6 p.m. it is the regular parking fee. I just wanted to remind everyone that is budget minded. You might not want to go just to exchange the voucher, you would be better off getting up earlier in the morning, getting to the parks and exchanging the voucher before the parks open.

We're arriving on Saturday, hoping the parks are open until 9pm, pay the $5 or whatever it is after 6 to park and walking around HP, perhaps stopping to ride Spiderman on the way. ;) I do not want to be standing in line in the morning with the masses to get our tickets. I want to be the first ones at the turnstile. :goodvibes

Hmmm....masses, Huh? We'll have no choice but to exchange ours on the first morning we go, flight gets in too late, after 9pm. Well, I'm getting my kids up at the crack of dawn. We love to be there first thing and ride whatever we want for the first couple hours! We can sleep later! ;) Hoping by early Nov the "masses" will have eased some.

Hope you have a great trip!! Let us know if you encounter any problems w/tickets. TIA! :)
