Okay that is how long I have until going to back to WDW with my mom and brother (or something close to that - we may have to change it by a few days depending on my brother). How much weight do you think could reasonably be lost in that time? Obviously I'll be happy with any loss but it would be nice to have an idea of where I might be/what to shoot for. Plus I need to shop for new summer clothes - last summer I was wearing an 18 :eek: and right now I'm a 14 and I'd like to have some idea of where I'll be then so I can buy clothes that fit nicely without having to wait until the week before we leave.

honeymo - i don't have a great answer for you and I thought i'd offer you a fantastic spreadsheet from KathyTX to track you loss. You enter your weight now and what you think you'll average loss will be per week and it will tell you what you'll weigh each week on. But now I just realized that in the switch of computer my DH so loving just completed, I think I lost it!! PM Kathy and ask her to email a copy to you -- it's a great tool and may help you forecast your weight for the trip.

I find every 10 lbs (approx) I went down a size. My total loss will be 25 lbs at goal and i'll be down 2 sizes. Also going from a M/L shirt to a S/M.

I think a loss of 2 lbs per week is the highest to aim for without reeking havoc on your metabolism. IMHO :teeth:

Here are my thoughts. I figure you have 17 weeks before your trip if you loose a minimum of 2bls a week which you are so capable of. You will have lost 34lbs by your trip and considering your last weight on your siggy is 175 your looking at 141lbs!! Which is what i weight now and at 5'8 my size is a 6 a size 4 if it's strecth material and if it's a designer jean small cut like London Jeans i take an 8. Not to shabby and you could so be buying your up some skinny clothes come summer. Congradulations on making your 50lbs clippee too.
 
Thanks tammy and ohmom - that loss sounds good to me. Even if I only lost 1 pound a week that would be 17lbs and I'd be in the 150's. WOW! I can't wait!!!!
