Today I went to the CruiseCal site just to see how many cruise ships were going to be in Cozumel when we are supposed to be there and whether the Magic would have the late departure which would shift pirate night to Grand Cayman day (Tuesday). Well, there are eight ships listed for Cozumel on Jan 2, but the Magic isn't one of them. I went and did a quick search on the site for the Magic's schedule and there isn't one listed for our cruise on the site. Now what's strange about this is that all the Magic schedules before and after ours are listed and are the normal Eastern and Western itineraries. Just nothing listed for the Magic between Dec. 29 and Jan 5 besides Port Canaveral departure and arrival. Just wondering if we are in for a surprise .

Still not sure about the whole FE thing this time. Last time I left miniature liquor bottles for everyone, but I'm not sure about this crowd. Some would be offended because it was liquor and some would be offended because they were miniatures.

Finally figured out why we had such slow posting originally. This is a hard thread to find. Whoever started it should have said "New Year's Eve Cruise 2007" not Dec 29 Western. I can't ever pick it out without a lot of difficulty.

I will have to check with TA on the Magic itinerary confusion!!

Well, as far as the miniature liquor bottles go, you can leave one in our FE!!

The original poster who started this thread bailed on the cruise to go on the med cruise this summer. I asked if we could edit post and was told no but could put a link so we are stuck with the thread header!!

I was worried, as the last New Year's Eve cruise we took, didn't go to Cozumel because of hurricane damage and we stopped in Nassau instead. We have the worst luck, so it wouldn't have surprised us, but we're sooo glad it was just an oversite. That is an interesting website to see which other ships are in port.

For fun... if you're planning to go to Sloppy Joes bar in Key west, they have a live webcam (Sloppyjoes.com). We're so goofy ... we love to call our friends up and wave via the internet.

Thanks Noel. I had originally thought it might just be a data entry error. But then dreams of two stops at Castaway Cay filled my head.

It looks like the HAL Amsterdam has the 8 PM departure, so we should have Pirate night that day.

I guess I better stock up at the liquor store the day before.

Let's hope we make it through hurricane season without any more damage. We went to Costa Maya on our 2006 Magic cruise because Cozumel was damaged. I head Costa Maya is now so damaged they can't take ships back until about September 2008!!

Thanks guys!! I am actually really looking forward to my 30's - and when my sister asked why - i told her it's b/c that i know i can't mess up more than i did in my 20's .. LOL

Just enjoying a lil' coffee before packing up the car for the show.. of course it would help me if it were a lil' warmer than thirty something degrees out right now!!! Brrrrrrrr.....

I think my 30's were some of the best years of my life. I was established in my career and more confident about life in general.

Wow, chilly there!! Only going to be in low 60's here but 30's are WAY TOO COLD for me.

Sales weren't what they were in the past.. i really blame gas/oil prices. Lots of lookers, but not much buying.
I mean i did OK-- but not what i have done in the past. Tomorrow, i have to work and then leave for another show.. lets hope this weekend one is better. It is more of a huge deal though, this one today, was a lil' rinky dink thing..

Yes, it is COLD. I woke up and left this a.m. and at 8:30 this a.m. it was 30 degrees! BRRRRRRRRR...
