We've made it and are cruisng. Feeling the boat rocking as type this. Kind of nippy out tonight, but hey, I'm going south! No problem boarding, boarded at 12pm. Ate buffet at Topsiders, prefer Parrot's Cay especially when you have to pay for soda at Topsiders. Ship left late. Never did see us launch due to it getting cold and needing to get ready for dinner. As we left to go back to our room, we saw a DCL bus racing into the lot. I wonder why we left late. The Christmas decorations are still up and they are breath taking. Saw the show tonight and Brianna just loved it. It's happy hour, so I don't know if I'll check back in!

Hi FloridaMinnie,

Glad you are posting, I always enjoy your post.
We are leaving this Saturday so as they say take good care of the ship for us.

If you have time there a few things I'm curious about..
Will the decorations still be up on the Jan 3 cruise? I doubt it but it would be nice to see them.
The movies playing?
Which night is the Golden Mickies?
Are there any onboard booking specials going that are over and beyond the $200.00 credit.?

I'm so excited and I'm hoping for you the best of weather and the cruise to be extra special for you and your daughter.

Having a great time. Alex, I said hi to Alex for you. He remembered you and he's wonderful. Some guy spelled our drinks all over my mother and he was wonderfural with the cleanup and getting us replacement drinks and everything. Went to Palos for Tea and Dinner tonight. Was kind of ok with TEa, b/c it was much better a year and half ago. Dinner was wonderful. Asked for our server for Brunch for tomorow. Tomorrows the big B-day so shall be fun! Write more tomorrow!

Alex...I was actaully enjoying a nice dinner for my last ...day before my b-day. I found out about the Packer score (they kicked butt!) and the MN score(the lost with no time left ) after dinner. They guy who spilled our drinks was very ruid and Alex took care of us. To say that my mother got a nice bath is an understatment!
