All, as I was going through my pictures writing my trip report, I realized all of the great memories we will have of this cruise. For me, the best memories are the wonderful, happy moments, as shown on the faces of my children:

LOL! I love that! I have some of those too but can't get it to post. I have many of them posted on snapfish but not sure how to share with a group. Does anyone know how to do that???

But I also sent you one of your middle child smiling so I know he had to have had a good time at least once on the cruise!

that is soooo funny. I'm still laughing but not at you with you...my boys seemed to have faces like that everyday at one point or another. And just think of all the $$$ we spent to give them those wonderfull smiles....Thanks for the laugh you made my day!!!!!

Oh, and I may steal some of your pictures...they came out better than mine! (Not the ones with your family, just a couple of the scenic shots. If I ever get my camera downloaded I'll post any that others may want as well.)

Returned yesterday - a day early as our house was broken into on Dec 31 and it took us the 23 hours to get home.

Apparently a lot of action as a result in the neighbourhood etc- helicopter out for 3 hours and they caught one of the four guys.

It was great meeting you all on the cruise.

Returned yesterday - a day early as our house was broken into on Dec 31 and it took us the 23 hours to get home.

Apparently a lot of action as a result in the neighbourhood etc- helicopter out for 3 hours and they caught one of the four guys.

Denise...that is terrible!!! not about the 23 hrs( that is terrible) but about your home!!! You said that hellicopters were looking for the guys...how did they find out that someone brock in????

What a way to end your vacation with along trip home to a house that has been broken into...what a violation!!! I'm sorry for you and your family...

It was also great meeting you. You are such a warm kidhearted person that it was a pleaseure to stand next to you...you had this warm aura about you and your soft spocken voice was a pleasure to listen to. I am always going and I have some friends that are like you that bring me down to earth.

I hope all comes to a quick head about your home and that they find all responsible...I will put you in my prayers!!! Have a blessed day

Please, by all means. I've already downloaded photos from a couple of other people who took pictures of things we did not. That's the great part about meeting y'all -- we didn't carry our camera around as much as we wish we had but people have pictures of the brunches, and buffets and such that we didn't.

So sorry to hear of your homecoming surprise Denise.

We also lost our fish while on the cruise. My middle child was heartbroken. It may be time to turn the tank into a bearded dragon's home. If my husband had his way we would get a snake.

Spent the best part of yesterday programming my nano. (downloading, sorting....) I have never had one of these. Its cool. I have really enjoyed having it on today.

PORT CANAVERAL, Fla. -- A man was jailed in the Bahamas after a young teenage girl said she was sexually assaulted on Monday while on board a Disney cruise ship, according to the FBI.
The 13-year-old was on a four-night cruise to the Bahamas on Disney Wonder when the incident occurred, she said.
She said a man approached her, telling her that he wanted to show her something. She told authorities that she refused his offer and the man threatened to throw her overboard.

Disney released a statement, saying, "Safety and security of our guests is our highest priority, and we immediately contacted the FBI about the situation."
Local 6 News reported that the man remains jailed in Nassau.

Doesn't sound like it was a crew member then. That is really scary to read, especially as on this cruise I let me 10yo DD have sign out privileges (sp?), etc. At least she had a buddy when she was out wandering. The only time she didn't is when she went from dinner back to the room.

Ugh. I just pulled the papers out of my daughter's backpack and found the school calendar for the next 2 years!!! I am glad I found it now. They are going back a week earlier next fall so I have to change the dates I had looked at for going to WDW! What a pain. And Christmas break won't start until the 21st. Glad that wasn't this year. And in 2008 they show August 13 as the first day of school!!

Sad coincidence, one of my neighbors was broken into while we (and they) were out of town as well. I don't know if it is better or worse that they think it was a neighborhood kid.
