12/16/06 10-day holiday cruise Part 2

oh my mom as threatened to throw Steve in jail. he's 22 and i'm only 17. once i turn 18 (13 days), she can't do a single thing to him because i'm no longer a minor.

hehehe... ok my mom has never threatened that. granted i'm 24 now and anyone i date is around that age. so it wouldn't exactly work too well if she tried it
i do have to say i like the name steve though... i have steve as well... well, sort of

Just got back from seeing POTC 2 again!!!!! that makes 4!

We got our kit on Saturday. Very exciting. And I am toying with the idea of going in early too to do the WDW thing. But I don't know. I know that my DSIL and her family will be doing that.

But the whole school thing is difficult, DS will already be missing 3 days for the cruise. Oh well I have alittle time to think about it.

I was reading in the trivia on the IMDB yesterday that they removed a page from orlando bloom's script so that he truly did NOT know about the kiss and the look on his face was real surprise/shock since he had NO CLUE it was going to happen!

Haha that's awesome. He was probably like wow...Keira's making out with Johnny?? He probably thought it was real and not acting! He actually looked hurt though too. Maybe he's got a crush on Keira in real life!

Yeah I had that thought for a second...but the jealousy hurt of Keira kissing Johnny and not him sounded better. I guess I'd be a little hurt too if I was kept out of the loop, especially with something as big as a movie script...I mean I usually am if everybody knows something that I don't!

The more I see that movie the more I cannot wait until the next one! I really want to know what happens! Supposedly Jack and the Pearl are in some type of purgatory and the crew rescues them. But does he fight Barbossa for the ship then? Supposedly they are on the same side this time And the IMDB site refers to Norrington as Admiral now (probably similar to the real Captain Morgan becoming Admiral of the Privateer fleet) and having control of the Flying Dutchman because he has the heart. So very strange.

And I was watching "Once Upon A Time In Mexico" again last night and had to laugh. It was filmed in 2001, before they filmed the first Pirates but there is Johnny saying "Savvy"! I about lost it!

what is worse is the fact that Return of the King (LOTR) was filmed before the first Pirates. However POTC was released in theatres before ROTK. So when Legolas (Orlando Bloom) went into the Mountain of the Dead and met with the Dead King who bears a striking resemblance to Barbossa, all kinds of funny jokes were told and both movies were made fun of. Of course ROTK went on to gross 570 million domestically and 1.8 billion worldwide.
