I don't know if it helped much. It is a bit cooler. Thermometer at the bank said 80 at 5pm instead of the 95 it did yesterday but it is still VERY muggy out there. And as the temp dropped gas prices went from $2.84 to $3.18!!! Go figure!!!

Yeah, just got back from #5!!!! I could see that movie again and again and again! Went with my friend from work who went with me the first time we saw it (only her second time) and she has decided she could see it again a few more times too. We are driving the guys at work crazy because we have Jack Sparrow all over our offices! Even our screen savers! And I found a site last night that has a couple of pics from the third movie. Jack Sparrow in Chinese looking garb. Interesting......Wish I knew how to post pictures on here!

Hey Kat I just saw #5 yesterday too. Decided to sneak one more in before DH got home from work. I am wondering how I am going to make it between the time it leaves theaters and the time it comes out on video. Fortunately these days that is not usually long, and it will likely be showing in our little neighborhood theater until the DVD release. I have not been watching the first one because we didn't have it (DD has it but can't find it; probably packed in a box somewhere since she has been moving in and out). So I just bought it a few days ago but am waiting to watch it with Bryan. He has been in Mexico the past few days on a mission trip to build houses for poor families. (The houses they are building are the size of our deck, 16' x 20'.)

Yeah, I feel bad for everyone who is having so much heat. So many of you live where it gets so hot and humid in the summer and cold and snowy in the winter. Here in the northwest we usually try to promote the myth that it is always rainy and miserable here; but in actuality we have some of the best weather in the country. (Don't tell anyone where you heard that.) Right now it is sunny and 60 and supposed to get up to 82, it has been like that for the past couple weeks. We usually only have a few days a year that it gets over 95 (high) in the summer or under 35 (low) in the winter, and humidity is not a problem.

Hi klife132, my son Bryan is 14. If you are confused, keep an eye on this thread for the next few months because we will probably be making some plans pretty soon. Although lately we have been mostly talking about how hot Johnny Depp is; you would think we were all 14 year old girls.

Where the heck are all these little kids coming from? Not that i don't like kids, but i really don't like little kids.

If i don't get serious i might just start describing what Steve and i are doing this weekend in detail. I'll skip the loving part and just say that we are going to the gun range for some one on one shooting. Since he owns the guns, i can shoot them. His weapons turn me on, and not just the metal ones. HAHA!

OMG! I am so excited! Steve is on his way home from his mom's house and he bought himself another pistol! He just got a Sig Sauer P229 HSP. Its the same gun that custom's officers and Homeland security uses. I am very very excited because thats the same model i am getting when i can get one.
