Yeah, I might hurt someone too! Though if it is out on DVD by then I will have bought it and brought it with us to watch on DD's portable DVD player! I am so depressed, this is the first week I haven't seen it! DD and DH are leaving tomorrow for a few days so I think I am going to have to go off and see it by myself tomorrow night! I am going through withdrawal already. Pretty pathetic for a woman my age!!!!!

i've seen it once in its entirety. that was with my BF. i have it on my computer, but its missing a 30 minute chunk out of the middle. but its enough to get my pirate fix. haven't watched that one though for about 2 weeks.

quick question. anyone who did that christmas cruise in 2004... did any of you do the excursion on st lucia to the volcano? if so what was it like? i'm trying to decide which excursions to do before we can start booking them and i don't know which one to pick. and there are so many on st lucia that i'm torn between! what other excursions on st lucia did anyone do?

i saw the first one 17 times. yes i have ticket stubs to prove that too. lol. I um just have it. can't say how i have it otherwise some nice (hopefully hot) FBI agent will come knocking at my door. lol.

Well there is the Pirate ship and there is diving. The diving is awesome there and its through Sandals resort so you know the equipment will be awesome as well.

I am so hoping to get the Pirate cruise (Brig Unicorn) for St. Lucia - I have to wait until 75 days and have it marked on my calendar, Midnight October 1st, to make ressies. I am finally getting some idea of what I want to do at other ports; 12-Metre Regatta (St. Maarten), St. John Island Tour (St. Thomas), Pirate Soul (Key West), and Nelson's Dockyard (Antigua).

Jen - what happened to the "Onboard" section of the website? Are you re-doing it? I was trying to check the Navigators to get an idea of what night I want to get Palo ressies.

We got a free ticket for POC2 in the POC DVD game that we just bought, so I told DH he could use it since he has only seen it once and I have seen it three times. Of course he doesn't want to go by himself, so I will get #4 today!

So I have been buying new clothes for the cruise (before all the summer clothes are gone), but they are all too small with the expectation that I will lose more weight before the cruise. My goal is to not have to wear anything that has "X" in the size.

I don't know what happened to summer here, but it has only gotten into the 70's the past few days.

DS really wants to ride horses some where. I think DCL is only offering it on St. Lucia which is where we want to do the Brig. So we have to consult the rest of our crew to see what they will be doing or trying to do.

I want to do those too but was planning on doing them on my own. I think it is cheaper. Historium is $9 for adults and $4 for kids, Pirate Soul Museum is $12 for adults and $6 for kids, so total of $21 adults and $10 kids. If you do it through DCL it is $31 for adults and $16 for kids.

yeah i looked that the pirate thing on st lucia as well. the only problem is i have about 5 or 6 different things i want to do on st lucia

i just saw pirates again! hehe... now i'm up to 6! just passed the first one... i saw the first one 5 times...

man i would kill for 70 degrees... the next week we've got major heat warnings here. heat index is up around 115 for the next couple of days. i might die. i walk around outside for a good part of the day for my job. i try to park in one spot and hit as many places close by as i can (sales rep). and especially since i'm broke i don't want to be driving 1 block at a time. but with weather like that i can't really help doing it!

Ooo that's what I'm doing on St. Lucia! I don't know if it's possible...but if he needs a "guardian" you could see if he can come with me and my mom. I know what it's like to miss out on an excursion cause you're not old enough to do it on your own... On the Christmas cruise in 2004 I was signed up to do the horse excursion and I was two weeks shy of being 18...and my mom even told the woman that when she made the excursion reservations...but the woman just said a parent only needed to be there when I got off the ship and I could do the excursion be myself... Sadly it was a lie and I missed out... But I did get to play in a waterfall with my sisters!

Just got back from Pirates also. What is it that makes that movie so addicting?

Oh yeah..........

We are planning to do Pirate Soul on our own. The website price list shows $15.00 for adults and $8.55 for kids ($13.00/$7.00 in advance). I started looking into exploring St. John on our own but after adding up transportation to the ferry, on the ferry, and around the island, it seemed like not that much more for the excursion and I don't want to worry about getting stranded and missing the ship.
