YEEEEEEEEEEEEAP but she has to DRIVE MORE THAN 1 HOUR I need my sleep I've road with GreGg so I really DON'T think she COULD be any WORSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PACK HER BAGS AND SIT HER ON THE FRONT PORCH I'LL get there.

gaRry

I will have her ready. What exit or rest area will work for you? And don't worry bout her driving more than an hour (doubt the car will run after she hits everything in front of her).

Thank you!

GaRry and Sue----visions of Aunt Edna from Chevy Chases Vacation are echoing in my head. Just don't let him have the dog too.

If we do come down Friday night I'd love to get together pre-cruise but we likely won't have a car. I haven't booked anything yet so plans are fluid and open but not sure how we'd get anywhere.

Morning All!

Never my dog, but how about towing the wheel chair! Wonder how long the wheels would hold up?

Sue

Morning all :coffee:

ya, gaRry, why do they move those little suckers :confused3

Well, big day in Mass today. Mr Entwistle returns. That happened only a few towns over from me. Pretty horrific. Makes the most pacifist of people want to re-instate the death penalty in this state.

YEAH~!!!!!!! Its warm again here. Everyone is back in shorts. :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

I was just considering how we would fit breakfast in and I think it would be hard. For those that want to be at the port at 10, that means leaving at atleast 9, breakfast would have to be at 7.

Night before would be better and less rushed.

Where is everyone today?????? I guess I will just talk to myself today. :lmao:

I think the kids gave me their cold. I am dragging this morning. My DH Dale was having numbness and tingling in one hand worsening with head movement and had an MRI yesterday. He has 2 bulging discs and is very nervous and anxious about it. I think he is really worried about his career but also everything we love to do like snowboarding, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, home projects.....could be out for a long time. Hopefully it will resolve on its own. Anybody been through this?

Good morning.

Judy, I hope your DH feels better. That doesn't sound like much fun. My DH is waiting results of blood work and a sleep study to see what is going on with him. He has been sleeping much of the last few months and has no energy to do anything. We won't know much else until they get back to him with the test results. Ugh.

We wouldn't be able to get together the night before. If we come in on Friday we probably wouldn't arrive until around 10pm and at that point would want to go directly to the hotel to sleep! Then to figure out the next day. We could take the shuttle back to the airport and catch the DCL bus (which is DH's preference), or rent a car one way from the airport to the port. Not sure yet which we would do. The DCL bus would definitely be easier.

Sue--I just noticed that your mom Jeanne will be on this cruise. So will my mom Jeanne. She's 77 and very active. How bout yours? They might get along well. We'll have to hook them up.

WARM TEMPS JUST FOR ME AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH

THANK YOU

I hope you make BETTER C O F F E E THAN staCey :coffee: :stir: :stir: :rolleyes1

So how many people can Judy fit on her floors? And how many bathrooms??

party: Party at Judy's the night before the cruise!!

Do we really want to get to the port early, though? From what I have seen on other posts that doesn't seem to matter with their new boarding procedure. Hmm......

Nap time....insomnia again last night. I only got 3 hours of sleep. Ugh. And woke up to thunder this morning!!! Winter in Indiana....

EARLY NOT ME

did that too many times TOO MANY CRUISERS

ABOUT 1 - 2 PM works for me.

juDy has a BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGG FLOORS LOTS of room

right juDy????? :rotfl: :rotfl2: :coffee:

gaRry

Well not enough bathrooms 4 1/2. AND btw GaRry-----we do not drink coffee. Drink lots of diet Dr. Pepper though. What are you guys griping about sleeping on the floor ---did any of you do the first ever (and more than likely the last) DCL Magic sleepover ????? Could n't be more uncomfortable than that.

2 reasons we are thinking of going later to port. First is it seems like even if you show up at noon you are getting on before 1 so why wait from10-noon to get on 15 minutes earlier. Also the last cruise we were in group 3 and arrived at LA port at 9:30. We waited forever and then when we got on they told us we had to go to PC and no topsiders until later. We like going up there and grabbing one of those tables near the pool while the Mickey Pool is not packed Having lunch while kids graze and swim. OKAY WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!!!!This thought did not even occur to me until this second-----remember last time ---it was pretty cold. Of course it can go either way in December here, but I doubt we will be in the pool. If the weather is cold we definitely won't go until later when cabins are ready.

I don't know how many people can fit on my floor. How should I go about this research?????

I am 6'3'' tall, so just use me as a template and measure away.

THIS ONE IS EASY

then see how many sleep on the floor, standing up, bathtubs are pretty good,BIG dinning room table GREAT bunk beds,
SEE EASY

then NORTHERN CRUISERS can sleep in the PATIO CHAIRS 60 degress is not bad for them. air matresses in the POOL never thought of that one DID YAAAAAAAAAAA :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

okay NOW is there ANY THING ELSE I COULD HELP WITH?????? :duck: :crazy2:

SORRY no dishes, laundry, windows or DIAPER CHANGES :crazy2: :scared:

gaRry

As fun as it sounds, I suspect DH would prefer a bed to a floor! I slept on the floor last year when I went with DDs Brownie troop to the Newport Aquarium and slept with the fishes. Slept on the floor near the jellyfish tank. Pretty, but boy did I hurt the next day. I'm not as young as I used to be!!!
