BTW for those of you who were wondering it looks like we are going to buy the cow for our freezer. The seller got back with me and this is what you get if you buy 1/4 of a cow!
There should be 6 packages of cubed steak, 4 packages of t-bone steak (2 per package 3/4 inch thick), 4 packages of sirloin steak (1 per package, 3/4 inch thick), the tip roast was converted to steak, (1 package of 2, 3/4 inch thick), rib roast converted to steaks (2 packages, 2 steaks per package, 3/4 inch thick), 6 chuck roasts (3 lb roasts), 3 arm roasts (3 lbs), and on the boneless roasts there were a total of 6 per 1/2 of beef (3 of each that do not divide up evenly for each type of roast, the rump roast and pikes peak roasts (there will be 2 of 1 of 1 of the other, these are also 3 pound roasts), and finally 45 pounds of hamburger.
