wonder who else is awake at this unbelievable hour? yawn...can't sleep!

I was awake until after 2 am. DD & DH were snoring like crazy & no amount of bumping into him would help. I got up & did sudoku puzzles.

OK, I am no where near caught up here today but I just have to say that you guys made me . You have been having fun on the main board today. So....who is bringing the Disney Bingo for the kids at the Mickey Pool?

I guess that I am turning into one too? LOL! Last week I sat next to another mom & we discussed the game. It was funny one time when the ball was in the box and only two of our team were there. Instead of letting the goalie pick it up & throw it down the field, the two kids both went after the ball.

I CAN TOP THE BATHROOM BAT ONE TODAY! DH & I were at the front door watching the kids walk home from the bus stop. I saw DD drop her backpack but then I turned to pick something up. DH said OMG! Did you see what she just did. Apparently she had to use the bathroom really bad. When they cut across the yard on the corner she stopped, dropped, and peed next to a tree.

Thats exactly what I was thinking...when one of Devon's trachers says she's been really good and focusing on her school work and helping others, etc, I always ask them to tell me what OUR Devon has been up to. She really gets into her horse farm thing and supposedly one of the best workers there but needs to be told 5 times to pick up a jacket or a backpack or something at home.

Hmmmm....maybe you need to toss some manure on it and then she will pick it up? A stable isn't exactly a clean place to work. That one would have me puzzled.

Ok - I think I had a "aha" moment. Last night DH sprung on me something or other about the Outlawz stopping by. That's fine but instantly my stomach was in knots. That was when Samantha's behavior seemed to change. I think all the stress, work, my mom and sis everything is constantly eating me up inside and while I for the most part don't show it outwardly, Samantha seems to pick up on it. Not sure if there is anything I can do to change this??

Anyway...Monday. The whole world was here when I got here and seems most everyone worked yesterday too. Oh well. I have to finish up several recs before I leave on Wednesday. Fun stuff.

Kids always seem to be able to pick up on it when you are going thru this. I couldn't sit with DD to read last year. I got too stressed because she wasn't doing as well as I thought she should & it was just upsetting both of us.

Back from the gym, not so busy today, I think everyone was at lunch (actually). I have been pretty slacking. Samantha's birthday is on Tuesday (next week) and I haven't even ordered her cake.

I haven't even got any goodies for her classmates either.....I know they are walking to the hospital to TOT on Tuesday...so they will have plenty of sugar...I should ask the teacher which day is better for cake.

Something interesting I have noticed with Allie the last few days (since she has been watching WAY too much TV ) is how she says the character names. She will say most characters names in a normal but excited voice: "Mickey", "Da Duck", "Pooh", etc.. but when she says a princess name she kind of whispers it with this kind of dreamy sound to her voice. "Rella", "Ariel", "Belle", etc..

It is so funny! You can tell she really is falling in love with the princesses!

That is when it gets so much fun!!!
