I did have a question for you guys that is actually related to the trip.

I need to buy some earplugs or some kind of ear protection for DS. He complained last time that the deck parties were too loud for him and as a result we ended up not being able to be in the middle of the fun. He still remembers how loud it was and he is very concerned. Does anyone know if Wal-Mart or someplace will have ear plugs for his age or does anyone have any other suggestions?

My DS has kid size "earplanes or planeears" that are used when you fly but thay are also earplugs...you might want to look into these.

Hi Caroline!

My home laptop clunked out on me this past week and has been sent in for repairs. The Library saved me from DIS withdrawal. (And my kids loved it, too.)

DH asked if I was using the computer in my office. I wondered whether it was a trick question as I was sitting in our bedroom using the ibook. "Why?" I asked cautiously. He got this disturbed look on his face like why is this a production?! He wanted to watch Heroes. I offered to let him use the ibook and he said"Why would I want to watch something on an iBook when I can watch it on a 23" monitor.

Now I am thinking "quick how can I deter him" but what could I say "I don't want you using my computer because I think I am still logged in and my main page may be he cruise meet thread or heaven forbid I forgot to close something down and you see that I was chatting late never mind talking to those DIS strangers via conference call until 2A." Double Oy. So instead I said "No problem"

ALL the kids are now asking me what is so funny and they won't leave me alone without an answer!! I actually turned off the computer before I left Friday so I didn't accidentally leave this page up! Then I kept wondering if it was too easy to find in my bookmarks, hmmm first bookmarked folder, Disney, first bookmarked page, DIS!! I was actually going to move it!!
