becka said:DH just grilled steaks for lunch. Yum! We don't usually have our big meal at lunch but it sometimes a nice change of pace. We had the steak, veggies and some fruit salad. Everyone ate really well but I managed to control my portions so I am still being good this week. I don't know how my scale matches up to the official WW scale but as of this morning I think I am down around 4-5 more pounds.![]()
Oh good God - that is the funniest thing I've seen in a while!!becka said:Warning: Large dancing bananas below....

MrsMork said:DrHug and I found out last night that we are invited to a "dessert party" at DGS's "not a girlfriend, best friend" Sam's (Samantha) house today at 4. Sam has decided she wants to be a pastry chef, has been accepted at the Culinary Institute in Portland for next year (she is a senior this year), and wants "grandma" and "grandpa" to come to her party today. Yum! DGS has another BD party he will be at, but Sam said that's fine, she still wants GM & GP to come. She is a sweetie.

kimerinc said:we have serious time zone issues with the dinner times, so DD AND DH are never hungry at the early time. Because they only care about food to stay alive, they will not 1. Wait in line for food, 2. Eat earlier because they will not be able to later, 3. Waste time eating when they could be doing something else.
It provides a real challenge for thier food obsessed wife/mother.

Kim - sounds like our family! DH will NOT stop to eat lunch/dinner if he's in the middle of a project. I on the other had will not start a project if it's going to interfere with a meal!!kimerinc said:we have serious time zone issues with the dinner times, so DD AND DH are never hungry at the early time.
