Time for me to start finding the medication and heading off to bed. Another day tomorrow of folks who just aren't happy like me because they are not going on a Disney Cruise!! I must keep that in mind. Boy yesterday morning I had to grab hold of my tush to make sure it was still there because so many people had been chewing on it!!! Hope no more days that like this week. Need my rest!!

oh so sad. I was thinking Carroll Spinney initially and really almost got super choked up. I was just telling DD was one of my favorites. I remember when Jim Henson died. I still get choked up remembering them singing Its not Easy being green.

Oh yes, that was a tear jerker. He was a genious!

We came home and I went to trimming up our birds of paradise (white ones) I have pretty much let the yard go as I never knew what the pool construction would damage. Luckily all my orchids are intact. Now just to transfer all our tropical goodies to around the back of the pool. They are supposed to deliver a truck load od dirt to level up the back and we can get planting!

V, what is the deal with the tiles? I think you said they installed the wrong ones last week.... did they fix the problem?

DGS just told me that Cookie Monster died! Well, not Cookie Monster himself, but the guy who did his voice. We really like Cookie Monster at our house.

Kim, I've had that problem with chicken getting too dry. Boneless does not take as long to cook. Here is a chicken crock pot recipe that you really have to overcook to make it dry:

Swiss Chicken:

1 lb chicken breast
4-6 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 white wine (or milk if little ones are eating with you, it's just as tasty)
2 cups Stove top stuffing, chicken flavor
1 stick or 1/2 cup butter, melted

grease crockpot, add chicken and top with cheese. Mix soup with wine/milk and pour over cheese. Mix stuffing and melted butter together and pour overtop. You can also just pour in the stuffing and then pour the butter overtop if you are in a hurry.

5-6 hours on low or 3-4 on high, or until chicken is cooked through.

Yes, I am catching up, sorry to be bringing up posts from yesterday, I just can't keep up the last few weeks. Only 31 pages to go right now.

I have never observed Ramadan, and never worked in food service but... Since I like to poke my nose in where it doesn't belong, It seems to me that being around all that food would make someone sick of looking at it after a while.

DH worked in an ice cream shop in HS and still hasn't gotten over it.

this theory is true for me -- I worked in a shoe store in high school and spent my whole paycheck on shoes there. Now I could really care less about them, I haven't bought any in over a year except for $3.99 Old Navy flip flops.

If you are ordering baskets from Shirley what are you thinking? Last cruise I ordered sandpails and binocs etc can't decide this time.

Were you happy with the sand pail set? I'm thinking of getting that one. I will need to ask Shirley to add on some kind of sports balls as those are essential for my boys.
