In case you didn't know..... I been dubbed Queen of the Mini-Meets by her highness, our leader. (aka lisa aka lbgraves)

Anyway, Yeah i could do Fredneck (on your next trip) or Gaithersburg area or if you know someplace else out near you. i know where Walmart is in Mt airy but little else about that area near 70.

Hey - I'll do a southern mini meet. You guys let me know.

O.K. -- three little words for anyone in Virginia and/or Maryland -- Five Guys Hamburgers. Have you had them? They are TO DIE FOR. I vote for a mini-meet at a Five Guys! (Now you understand why I'm not jogging around any cruise ship decks any time soon!)

Wait a minute....maybe that means I SHOULD be jogging around more cruise ship decks!

WE LOVE FIVE GUYS!!!! We used to go tot the original one in Alexandria! They've actually opened one up in York PA off of Rt. 83 if anyone ever needs to travel thru that area.

Thanks Lisa for helping us with Early Dining! That's going to be one fun group at dinner time!

Hope you all have a grand time at Knoebel's tomorrow! DH grew up in the Poconos and oldest DS went to a camp one summer somewhere near there. I just remember going past it and thinking it looked cool. Are they still open this time of year?

We're Hersheyparkers! Actually love Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, too....but it's a bit of a haul to get there for us. Not to mention having to drive around the dreaded D.C. Beltway. There's been so much construction going on there for the past few years that we've avoided it like the plague.

Charlotte - have you seen the new water area for Hershey to open next year?
Should be fun...they are turning that whole corner into water world. Our family loves the Water Soaker. BLAST!! but the lines are awful

At what age did you leave your child alone for the first time??? This was a heated discussion last night during football practice.

Our DS (now 33yo) was left at home alone at 12+. He did have several numbers of people to call and who called him.

This is pre-cell phone era which I am sure many of you do not recall.

We've got one at the new shopping center on rt 26 in Frederick, Karen (right near my house and Rt 15 so 45 minutes for you)

We never have. Of course, she is 6, so we don't want child welfare to come take her away.

There's a restaurant in Elysburg that can accomodate us around 5 or 6 pm. It is called the Garden Terrace. It's right near the landing strip/airport for Elaine and right near the park too.

You can look them up through yahoo yellow pages.

I've never eaten there but seen the place but hey it's in the right place (unless we want McDonalds' )

Anyway i need someone to find out how many of us can do it (BRANDI) and i'll call the restaurant back tonight or tomorrow AM.

Oh they have american fare/Italian and have kids portions and such.....

And Brack will be gone. I was just thinking last night that it should be slower with half the people gone! DrHug and I want to go too!!!

I would love to see you guys again. I am still bummed out that with two avid photographers there was no picture taken of us at Disneyland last March.

Maybe we can take a picture of me and a picture of you guys to merge into Photoshop?

I think most people said that they were going to PC. I know that is where we are going. With both the kids it is just easier to be seated and have someone else get the drinks.
