Just stopping in to introduce myself! I will joining this group on the cruise and our wedding is planned for the 14th onboard the ship I hear there's a lot of cruisers on this thread! Can't wait to cruise and finally be married

I wish we would have been married on board but I don't even think the ships were built in 1988. I am thinking about renewing our vows.

Congrats and enjoy yourself. there are a lot of people on this thread and hard to keep track of everyone but it is great getting to know some of the people you will spend a week with.

Evidently my TA overcharged me and subsequently overpaid DCL for the cruise. As a result I got a refund check today. It should go nicely toward spending money.

I can't imagine how excited you must be with not just a cruise but also getting married. A DCL wedding really sounds like a fairytale dream come true.

I just bought a dual portable DVD player for the car. Hopefully it will make the trip to Florida a little more bearable.

Well DH gave up on the wireless thing. He called the help line and they could not get it to work so he had to admit that I was right (I am sure that was hard for him). That laptop is just too old to work with wireless without some major upgrades (XP, etc..). He is pretty bummed out but I think he will survive.

Thanks for everyone's help in chat last night. I think it made DH feel better that so many of you were hoping he could get it to work.

Besides the reason DH likes this DVD player so much is that you can play different movies on the two screens so DS could watch a movie in the back and he could watch his own movie in the front at the same time.

Well since our chat last night I have been searching for the exact Pirate Flag for the cruise to fly over the balcony ....Its the Jack Rackman (Calico Jack) (this is the one they used for the POTC movies)but you have to find the one that doesnt make the teeth look too kiddish ....

If you dont have a Balcony but you have a window ..I am sure you can hang it up in the window ...it will so cool with all the Pirate flags showing while we are in ports ..LOL

I found the correct one on EBAY ...only 7.47 and its free shipping ...they are 3 foot by 5 foot ...perfect ...here is the link ...
