All that talk last yesterday about ear infections and now guess what.... that's right, I have one. I took Sophia to the DR this afternoon just to have her checked to make sure that it was her allergies that have been acting up and not something worse. Well she is fine. While we were there I asked the DR if she could maybe look at my ear as my glands were hurting and it reminded me of how I felt in Florida in May. By the way, we all go the same DR. Anyway, sure enough I have a double ear infection.

Now maybe we could chat about good things like winning the lottery, and I will catch that too!!

Sounds good to me!!! How about a clean house too?

I just came from my first ever PTA meeting - I feel so weird. Is this what the rest of the world does? and nothing significant happened at all and we were out of there in less than an hour.

That is because very little actual work gets done at a PTA/PTO meeting. It is really more of a formality to report on what has happened. At our school there are only teachers & PTO officers. A couple parents showed up last year for almost every meeting but out of 400 students, that was it.

I've tried everything...I got the feeds fine on real. I tried both real and media, reinstalled media, tried in Netscape and IE, I even tried sending it to myself, but the send button doesn't show on the screen! I've also tried turning off all blockers and such. Becka!!! Do you have a smiley pulling out its hair?????

In answer to question #1, people are already doing that - in cities all over the country, and I would bet even in GA! Until this week it was only TV shows - now it is Disney movies too.

Thanks, Actually out here in the sticks (Snellville) There's not much TVoing going on. I don't really know why. I just haven't seen them around. Neither has DD. DH has but he works at a college closer to downtown Atlanta.

And . . . Apple comes out with a set-top box next year, so just wait and see! It will allow you to send the content from your computer wirelessly to your TV (it will be hooked up to your TV with wires).

Why don't you tell MIL that you REALLY wanted to go on the Dec 1 2007 cruise, and would love to have her with you guys, but you decided you just can't afford it next year . . . Hint . . . Hint . . .

Maybe she will offer to book the cruise and take everyone along!

Then you guys can join us again!

But . . . don't tell her about your internet friends.

Actually we just got off the phone with her and she is thinking about taking a 4 night next September so no worries! In fact I can be excited for her because she might actually enjoy it. Then if she decides to cruise with us at some later date she will already know her way around, etc.. and may not feel like she has to stick with us all the time.

that black mold is really bad - we have that here in the Hudson Valley as well. You can get serious brain damage/neurological damage from that. I'm glad you were able to line up the right people to take care of it.

Can I at least say that I thought the show was boring? I have watched every Survivor that has been on and this one interested me the least at the beginning.

Maybe it is because the whole show I kept thinking I should check the DIS instead?

DS Giona scored 6 goals in his soccer game last night. I was so happy for him - he seriously needed the ego boost. He said it was "sweet". Last year, soccer at age 4 was a disaster. The twins had a terrific soccer camp this summer which they loved and it really seemed to turn the game around for them.

I hope everyone else is having a great soccer season too!!

Always the way. It takes awhile to get to know everyone, esecially with 4 tribes....not much time for each.
