IDK where you guys put all of this stuff if you aren't going to pack it. We don't have an extra room to just pile it in. It will get as wrinkled as having it folded in a corner on the floor. We haven't had a problem with doing it this way in 3 cruises. I think that the zip lock bags help.

We have 2 extra bedrooms....I commandeer one. It has all my different seasonal clothes and it is my place to stash stuff.

I won the bracelets and the necklaces. I got 5 bracelets for $4.51 and 4 necklaces for $9.50. Not too bad. It is the same seller so I can also get combined shipping. :)

Becka that's a great price, what did you search on? pirate jewelry? :rotfl: Seriously...those are neat and a great price!

That is a great deal! Does this seller have alot more out there?

Too Funny.

Becka - never mind...I see your next post.

I can just see it now...this person is gonna have a run on jew

DrHug is practicing his Indian Flute tonight. Very pleasant sound, even as a beginner. My cousin made it for him and presented it to him with a "thank you for taking such good care of my beautiful (?) cousin."
You have quite the romantic family. That is very sweet.

Brandi - what were the negatives about the manicures? I just thought the manicure was really overpriced.
I read a trip report and a few threads where several people said it caused nail infections or a fungus. There was also a complaint about them doing a bad job...messy and missed spots.

I don't know how true these claims are but they were on this forum.

It just makes me want to avoid it all together. I think I will do what Becka is doing and get one at home before I leave.

DD slept well last night. I don' know how or why...she just did. :cool1: :Pinkbounc :yay: :bounce: :woohoo: I am so very very :sunny: this morning!!!!

Good morning all.
I caught up last night, then was too tired to post anything. Now I've caught up on the rest of the night/early morning!

Becka's ebay jewelry looks great and what a deal!

Like your toast, Brandi; also like the other suggestions, so I'm no help!

Caroline, your DD3 can hang with my DS3 (I promise he doesn't beat on people around us!) Also realized that your other DD will be with my DD8. We really should try to have these kids email and maybe meet. Actually, your oldest and my oldest aren't that far apart either (mine doesn't turn 13 until the end of Sept).

Good morning guys!

I am in Columbus at a seminar on Workers compensation . . .

Gotta love that free hotel Wi-Fi

Now I won't be behind when I get home tonight.

Morning all..how many days now?

It is POURING here....of course while we were getting ready it was overcast but not raining and then as we leave it starts....times like this I wish our two car garage didn't have anything but our cars in it!

But I may need someone as a back up in case DD3 doesn't want to stay in the club!

We'll take her to the Mickey slide if you need help....

John1, Workers Compensation seminar! Good! See if you can find out how we can get our employers to pay for our Disney cruises on those stress claims! :thumbsup2 :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

I did not sleep well last night and woke with a headache. :sad2: I could not get to sleep and woke an hour before my regular get up time. Wish I could stay home and go back to sleep, but ..... :sad2:

Guess I will just go ahead and head on out early. Maybe I can leave early then since I know late afternoon will be really tough to stay awake!

DH survived at the DR with DD. She doesn't have an ear infection. She is fine. Although the DR told DH that we need to set a sleep routine that we can live with right now! She said that we should just lay her down and let her cry. After a few nights she will stop crying. Tonight it lasted 25 min. I was at choir when he put her in so I missed it. I really don't know if I can do that. Although, I don't think I can live with a screaming child all night every night....

Brandi, maybe you can arrange to be out of the house while DH puts DD down so that it doesn't stress you. If he is always home to do that....let him. :) DH was able to take the kids from me some nights when I was trying to calm them down and he would send me downstairs. He usually had them to sleep in no time.

For the first little while, we just thought she was a sickly child.... NOPE! All is good now and our attorney, and clean up head have all done the speaking and media circuit about our experience. We did not allow them to give our names, but thought the experience might help others. I hope it did!

That is a very important message to get out.

I am leaving tomorrow afternoon for a "weekend wedding". I am the matron of honor. This is "the wedding" I have been talking about.

Good luck with the wedding, Brandi! This is good timing. I bet that DD will be going to sleep better when you get back. :) I know it is hard to do. We actually were not able to do that with DS because of a medical condition. The doctor told us that we had to put him to sleep on his tummy so that he would breathe better. Imagine reading everything about that being bad & then being told to do it. :guilty: At first I put him on me in bed & had pillows on either side of me to keep my arms around him. He would squeak like a rusty gate when he slept. When we watch video of him now I am reminded how bad it was. We got use to it. I would close his door & ours so that it wouldn't keep me awake at night. :rotfl: Of course if the squeaking stopped, I would wake up terrified. He outgrew it around 2 years and we had to get use to the silence.

They need to have a rerun on our cruise or have Thurs night on the Dumbotron!

I doubt that they would show GA on the Dumbotron. :rotfl: It is an ABC show so that should be in the stateroom. I don't watch TV on the cruise....too much else to do. :)
