Let me clarify. DH and his brother own a pizza place/restaurant. His brother usually comes here from May to September to work. He used to stay longer, but he is now married and has two little ones so he stay as LITTLE as he can.

I want THESE 2 for grandparents myself! Ok, I guess they couldn't be that, but at least my parents, making them my KIDS' grandparents.

You know, I think it is just that we so LOVE being grandparents. It is so true that grandkids are WAY better than kids. So, you all know how you feel about your kids, so just imagine how great it's gonna be! Funny thing is that even when we were young marrieds we talked about being grandparents. Maybe because we each had a set of grandparents that were very, very special to us. Uh, let me psychoanalyze this.....

I love the first part! I would only change the last few words and say it lasts when you rule the world together. Ok, this is hard, I am just trying to link the king and queen thing.

DrHug is practicing his Indian Flute tonight. Very pleasant sound, even as a beginner. My cousin made it for him and presented it to him with a "thank you for taking such good care of my beautiful (?) cousin." Was that not a sweet thing!!!!? Anyway, it is a restful relaxing sound. My cousin sells them on EBay.

DD took his Indian drum to Salem for a drumming circle tonight. He made it from deer hide a few years ago.

oh and Brandi - I don't think you are bieng a bad Mom by allowing your son to create his own friends and experiences at pre-school. We do those things for them up until they are ready to do t hem for themselves - and he is ready!!!
