I am going cruise crazy. Isn't it funny how excited we can get about making reservations for something that is 3 months away?

Well, I got up & started cleaning. DH took DD to Lowe's for a bit & ended up staying for the kid's project...a bird feeder. I scrubbed the baseboards & chair rail downstairs then vacuumed. Lots of stuff went out in the garage...which just means that I need to clean the garage sometime next week. I have also done 3 loads of laundry & am the second with ironing. There is one more in the dryer that should be done soon. DH put new windows in both of the kid's rooms so that is finally done. Now that the bookcase is moved, I need to take down the wall paper boarder behind it. OY! Wasn't on my list this weekend. I just realized how awake I am...didn't take my medicine this morning. Maybe I will be taking that nap in a bit.

Note to Vanessa: My kids are slightly better at keeping themselves clean at dinner now but just slightly.

You have done this many times before. This is still only our 2nd cruise and our first ever 7 day.

Tonight we are going out to dinner with 2 other families at the Spaghetti Factory, afterward I'll be working out and then online ready to get those ressies!!

DH ran to the grocery store to stock me up on more Diet Pepsi for tonight. While he is there he is going to pick up some steaks as well for dinner. We are going to celebrate getting to make our reservations!

I hope that I will get to take a nap around 4 or so this afternoon. DD is taking her nap right now but DS is still up and I can't trust him if I am asleep.

Thanks for posting the Flounder's hours Lisa!! I tried napping but I couldn't sleep. Haley just woke up. I've been doing laundry slowly - but nothing compared to Lisa....and I don't know if I've ever cleaned baseboards??!! Maybe DH has?

While trying to plan out exactly what times to schedule things we quickly realized that there is just too much to do. I look at the list of things we wanted to do each day and became exhausted. I really hope that we don't come home more tired than when we left.

Good - maybe they will not be quite as appalled when my DS happily proclaims himself to be a messy eater.

I was able to book online for our first cruise so unless things have changed a great deal I think I will be OK. I am just nervous and getting what we want and just being able to book.

Last cruise, it was still the ressie run for me. Headed right to RDB and I was the only one there and Pj said I had choice of times. He was a little upset that I did not want to book dinner, lol.

WOW - how do you do that?? do you have a cleaning schedule or did you just decide to clean baseboards today? I am a terrible housekeeper!

You don't end up with black lines on top of your baseboards if you don't clean them? We have the 3 inch ones and they are painted white...so maybe that makes a difference?
