We are doing late seating - my twins will be 6 right after the cruise. I don't know how many nights they will eat in the dining room though - maybe only about half. They are more interested in having fun in the club than in the food.

Becka how old is your dd? My boys would be able to entertain her. They are unpredictable, sometimes they can sit and eat and chat for 2 hours, sometimes they are done and bored after 45 minutes. I read that someone else brought a portable DVD player to the table for their kids. We'll have one along for the plane trip anyway so we're planning to bring ours to dinner for when the kids finish before we do -- IF it doesn't offend any of our tablemates. If you're at the late seating, she can watch with them if she is a movie fan. My boys never get to watch TV at home (at least not when Mom's in charge; it's a different story when Dad is on duty). So on trips they really settle down and enjoy the shows.

Speaking of dinner, anyone at the late seating with kids near 5 and 7?

yes I am, just waiting until Lisa gets back to put me in the other group; I'm assuming directions are there? Are we one big huge group or do we each need to find individual table mates within our group? Does everyone have late seating?

Are we requesting a certain rotation? We had ALP last time and we really enjoyed that.

Well DH did get me a gift certificate for my first ever manicure and pedicure. I am going to wait to use it until the week before our cruise. I figure it will be nice to relax for an hour or so right before we leave. Plus then my hands and feet will look so pretty before the cruise.

I am a mani/pedi virgin. Tell me what to expect. Should I cut my nails before I go? Let then grow out?

My number 1 tip for pedi's/mani's is

1. Shave your legs right before
2. Wear flip flops or toe less sandals
3. Wear clear nail polish with a nail strengthener for 2 weeks before to let your nails really grow. Both sets...
4. Do not cut your nails before you go. Let them cut them evenly all around. You have to go with the shortest nail and match, so don't cut them.
5. Pick a darker color for Toes and make them put a clear top coat over both sets of nails.
6. To keep you fingernail polish nice, put a new coat on every day for 6 days, Then start over... OPI is the best BTW.

I can handle shaving my legs but it will be December here and possible snowing so flip flops probably will not work. I don't currently wear nail polish - in fact I am pretty sure what I have would have dried out! I am a mess....
