You can book one way without a problem. then you book the return as another one way. With Southwest, it seems you can get the best deals (Dings and other specials) with 2 one-ways. You may even find a good one-way return on a different airline (DH did that once on a quick trip to NC).

I've never had any problems with this; and transportation board people could give you even more experience.

We're flying out of Philly on Friday afternoon before the cruise (and have Residence Inn booked). I've flown out of Allentown before and it has been great. Haven't found good rates recently though.

Thanks Marielle. I was told some airline flies nonstop out of Allentown, but nothing is showing up. I thought the person said it was NW but they aren't showing nonstops. Do you know what airline they might have been talking about?

I'm not sure if there's anything now; we've used Allentown to fly to visit family in Charlotte and got nonstop on usair for that. I do remember all the people with Disney bags in baggage claim though...

Just popped into Hair Cuttery for -- what else-- a quick haircut. The girl doing my cut looked young; her dad happened to come in to drop something off. So chit-chat goes on; turns out my stylist is 24; her mom is 42. I'll be 42 at the end of the year and I have a 2-year-old (almost 3!) Even my oldest is almost 13. I'm sure her mom can't imagine having a 2-year-old any more than I can imagine having a 24-year-old!

Becka - I'm going to send Kim a padded envelope - inside, I'm going to put a label with my address and some stamps...then, all she has to do is put the bracelets in the bag, slap on the label and stamps, and throw it in the mail....no need for 2 envelopes.. hth, diana

There is nothing better than a homemade (not canned) biscuit with country ham and red eye gravy! You must sop that because it is too good to leave anything behind.

Flights used to go direct from Allentown. They do not go direct any longer - there is always a layover.

As far as I know they do not go direct to Orlando. I may have been misinformed...but I am pretty darn sure that they no longer go direct.

Actually I should take Brack some dinner to pay back for the camera advice. I'm only about 2 hours away (well, longer now because it will take me extra time to get out of Philly). But tonight's salad/sandwich night. Kids are going for grilled cheese; DH is getting some portobella mushrooms. Lots of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers as usual!

We have had ours since "Day One". We still have the original ones with the Pixie Dust. Still my favorite card!
