DD loves her sandals and doesn't like socks right now. The only shoes she wants to wear (that are actually hers) are her little white sandals. This fall will be fun!

I just love it when she fusses with a "flat tire" (she pulls the front strap off her foot) and cries "shoe shoe" :

I made BBQ short ribs, sliced potatoes with onion, cheese and butter, and corn on the cob. DD loves bbq! I am hoping it will tide her over until after school tommorow since she has yet to eat at school.

Amy made a GREAT beef brisket tonight with salsa and beer, cooked in a crockpot, along with mashed potatoes and beer bread . . . for DS's last meal before heading back to school. It was good - too good! No help for the Challenge!

Kim, it was actually GoofyFD on November 25th, 2004, who has not been around for a while, who started us up and we were still on the first page of the thread until January 7, 2005, lol. It took us almost 6 weeks to hit 15 posts, wow!

And you know what, I just checked and goofy for life posted on 12/22/04... She has been here forever, just not the first.... bubbasmom and Angie are close after that, and then PJ who looks the same after 2 years...., and then Brack, and Mum, slindamood. You all have really stuck it out! I am impressed. How did you know you could really do this that far out?

That was before Lisa started recruiting the "Army"!

Well, slow night, and I need to get to bed. Cedar Point tomorrow! I'll let you guys know how it goes - Sophia's friend Dominique cancelled on us today, so she had to ask another friend. Thank goodness Malia can go! She needs a friend to ride with . . .

Kim, you've got the wrong goofy.... i think that's goofyfd that started it all.

His family will be my neighbors on the cruise. Not intentional BTW. Guess us goofy minds just think alike.

but my DH and I did book this cruise 2 years ago in Dec 2004. We were on a 4 day Wonder. Previously to that trip we had only ever done 3 days trips. We really liked having the extra time. When we heard that special DD's were coming, we were very interested to see the pricing. CC is my Dh's favorite part of the cruise. Pretty neat considering he doesn't even swim. We got a great rate on cat 11 while on board. A couple months later i noticed a SPH had opened and called to find out cost difference. Turns out it was only $75 more. Bonus.....

That picture was taken back in Jan 2004. I now have brown hair. I don't have space for a new pic, and that one is with the boys, so it stays, lol.

Night everyone! I'm just not feeling chatty tonight. Bummed about DH's trip. Also thought that I had a 2 pm flight and was going to get the kids, come home & have a neighbor take us to the airport around noon. Well...the flight is at 12:27 so I need to get them right at 11:30 and go the 10 minutes to the airport without any stops. I guess that we will have to pay for parking afterall.

Now that would hurt if he had to pass it!!
