I heard on the radio today they are starting to call them crackberries and hotels are offering to lock them up for you while you are on vacation.

My kids (twins 5) are so confused about when the cruise leaves. Everyday they want to pack.

While on vacation, we cut strips to make a Disney cruise chain - one link for every day until the cruise departure time.

We just finalized our plans for a distracting trip to WDW next month - can't say that the free dining is that enticing given that we just booked the cruise.

You know I hadn't really wanted to count backwards but I finally did last night and saw that Sat. would be the first booking day. I have to call our TA and ask her to add this as Disney told me I need to go thru her. We used Barb at Platinum.

We also just made reservations for the Resort at Cocoa Beach - we thought we would get in the beach mode for 2 days before the cruise starts. The suite has 2 bedrooms - good for us with MIL joining us. $120 with AAA rate.

Anyone staying there? We will rent a car and drive from MCO - pick up some wine, Diet Coke and water to drop at pier.

I am still reading and trying to get up to speed via my Passporter and the boards. It is so hard. I envy all you repeat cruisers.

Already thinking that it would be fun to cruise again when the kids turn 8 and they will be in the next level of kids club. Read some old posts though that indicated the prices are becoming really high.

Just FYI you can't book any of the really good treatments, like deep tissue massage or anything decent in length except the stone online. You have to wait until you are on board... I asked DCL for a current list of spa treatments, I will post it here when I get it..

And for those of you who have not guessed, I am a spa girl! Take me to the massage table!

I expected more spitting. A lot of tears and kicking though... Is is on again tommorow night?

Tonight was back to school night so I had to go early for PTA. DD has been so wired today! She met her teacher and I think she may have a kid stroke before tommorow.. She is an absolute stressball. DH has been reading to her with deep tones for about 1/2 hour now trying to calm her down. DrHug, do they have kiddie valium?
