I hope that you are able to do this online. Someone on the other thread posted that they couldn't get the DVC one because MS was out until Monday. :confused3

If you start at dvcmember.com and click on the button to become a passholder, you will be given the special pricing and you can also do the special events tickets as well. It was 335 for the DVC AP and it will be used for my trip next year too. It would have been 190 for a three day base ticket, so for the 145 I get the 7 days I will be at WDW next year too, including park hopping.

Should I buy them NOW and activate later? How much $$$ would I save by buying now? Is it really worth it, or just a few dollars? (considering our three AP's even with DVC discount are near $1,000)

DD is a mid December baby 12/15 and we usually give her a special party rather than gifts. It works out great for her because the pre Christmas tension is broken up a bit. Her parties are usually well attended. I think it's because the other parents see "Child Free Shopping Day" and jump right on it.

The only real conflict is when she gets something for a birthday gift that she would have gotten for Christmas. I have to send a quick Email to Santa to be sure it all gets straightend out.

Other than that birthdays are NBD at our house. Just a simple gift and whatever the BD person wants to do for dinner.

This year the cruise is her special party. All of you are invited (no gifts please) but she requests NO SINGING!

Two comments to this one, Patsy.

We also have a DD that HATES singing. When she was very small she would get under the table and cry if we sang to her. :confused3

Our other DD has a Dec 8 BD and we always waited until after her BD party to start any Christmas stuff. No tree or anything until she had her day.

John the 10+ was just a $20 savings over what the new prices will be. And the under 10 was not mentioned anywhere for an increase :confused3 . Can you earn that in a saving account and keep the money around until the spring, maybe. Will they increase the prices again before then, maybe. This is the second price increase this year, normally they do a price increase in late winter. .

PJ

Ps. can you all see the libra in me now, lol.

Nope,

Cogsworth, from Beauty and the Beast, when Gaston and the villagers storm the castle.

Work to do, check in later.

PJ, I think I'll wait.

You have absolutely NO IDEA how close to the truth you are V . . . I cannot elaborate more though, as the safehouse is officially closed, and we have the house to ourselves tonight :cheer2:  don't want to make Amy mad!

I will say this though, the girl cannot hold her alcohol - she had a margharita tonight, and kept talking louder and louder in the car on the way home, and giggling a lot :rotfl2:

John
I cannot do margaritas either. DrHug can tell you more than one margarita story about me! :teeth:

As to the way John and I met. I don't remember quit the way he does. I remember it being at a church setting and I was quietly meditating when John came up and asked me about a certain Bible verse. I knew this would be a man I could help and I have.
Funny how memories are different! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

I saw that. Glad that we have passes with a few days left. Those things are going to last us a couple more years. I wont take the kids to the water park yet. There are 5 of those. :)
Yep, we bought the 10 day never expire last year. Have enough days for this year and 2007 plus the water parks left.

Just picked up two sleepy kids from the library lock-in. They had a great time! The played games, had a scavenger hunt, made a craft, had a snack, found books, got in their sleeping bags for a showing of Pinocchio, and then could read by flashlight until 1am.

Our library has been doing it a few times a year for about 4 years now. Sometimes it's just for the older kids, sometimes boys only/girls only. The kids' librarian is a great lady to take on the event each time!

My DD want to come the next time. She said, "It's only Pennsylvania!!"

Does anyone know how to get crayon out of clothes?? apparently someone had some in their pocket and they are all over the clothes. And this is AFTER the drying!!! :faint:
