12/09/06 Cruise Continued ~ Pirating Bananas DIS Geekorama Part 2 Part 2

We're at camp for two days and I am trying out our brand new broadband internet connection. It is working really nice. No more dial up on one phone line!

We leave here today to travel to Norfolk for a baby dedication tomorrow. It's our adopted grandchild who is 100% adopted now!

Dennis got the horns he ordered for the RV, got them put in, I found a copy of the ship's horn from CD DCL sent out on the web (ours was broken when it arrived), we got it recorded and he is working on getting the recording on the horns now! What fun it will be to blow that horn as we pull out! I just heard him playing it out there! How much fun!

Holey Moley - what have you guys been up too?! Back from my work thing - I'm tired tired tired. I drove and I must say I love my car and navigation rocks. i didn't get on the road til late so Imunched on twizzlers and pepsi.

WOW TODD - That was a HUGE leap I know the other ink is hidden so you must have really been wanting that one. I saw the billboard of POC3 and thought of you as I was driving down the expressway

Becka- ages since I was in ATL myself - never been to the Aquarium,sounds like all of your planning iscoming along. How are the food allergy men in your life doing?

Marielle - Happy belated 9th giving birth day. Did she have a good day?

Kristina - that toe nail story made me cringe. I got my finger slammed between computer equipment and since I was the only female I refused to cry but that hurt SOOOOO bad.

Nope, someone needs to tell DENNIS how to video this and put it on youtube! Angie does not do techie stuff. Dennis' camera will take video, if anyone can tell him how to get it onto youtube.

Dennis wanted to head out to John1's and suprise him with the horn in his driveway! He said we could do it in a week - 3 days each way. I told him we HAVE to get this house ready to sell, we cannot plan anymore trips until that is done.

Well Carla, as it happens, I am one of the few males that post, and about the only one on a regular basis on our thread for the repo. A bunch of the women have started a group to taste champagne called the "Champagne Girls", with Tinkerbell as a mascot. Since I got tired of all the female champagne talk, I said for them to get their DH's together, and we can be the "lost beer boys" from Peter Pan, PJ did the logo for me, and the rest is history.

(Of course, still waiting for that black mustache on Peter)

Surprisingly, we still have some Peeps left from Easter (only because we didn't open the package... once open, they're all gone.
We have approved the taste of the green Peeps that are new this year. Still cannot endorse the pink and purple peeps (bitter taste from the artificial colors, I guess)... and that's all they had in the after-Easter sale area.
The bunny corn is long gone (the Easter equivalent of candy corn, of course).

I was going to post over here because I learned about this from one of our new friends on the WB whose son was accepted at VT, and they were just there THIS weekend visiting. I saw you posted on our thread already.

This makes me sick.
