You do? ;) It's a great shot, Mary! Did you notice any of them with people wearing lime green shirts?

Actually there was a large group in green shirts (I'd call it more neon then lime). There were a church group from the MS area.

The shirts we have on are our double scoop shirts with ice cream cones on the front (listing all the ports) and the "blabbermouth" tour stops on the back.

This could get confusing with the postage cost. Do you have access to a postage scale? That way you could use a 5x7 envie & weight it with different amounts of bracelets to make sure that they don't get returned. I'll just wait to get ours at 1900. ;)

Yep, as soon as I get them, I will do wieghts. They are so light, there will probably not be a huge difference, but I will let you know.

The other cruisers are so gonna want to be us! :smooth: :grouphug: ::yes:: :hyper: party:

Make that 48 with DV1! :) They are going to look at us & wonder.....just who ARE those people and where can we sign up to cruise with them? ;)

Can you imagine it!?!?! This is going to be so much fun! WHEN the WLE get switched to the early seating there will be 75 DISers with the current count!!!!!!!! There are 22 in late dining without the WLEs. ARGGGGG!!!!! THE PRESSURE!!!!!!!

With all the trouble trying to get our design approved we scrapped it & went for the ones at disneydirect with the balls on the front decorated like the characters. :) We are now debating doing an iron on for the back in black with our double dip info on it.

Morning everyone.

Crazy day yesterday. Spent most of it at the hospital after my dad was rushed into emergency surgery for a subdural hematoma.

He's always been a migraine sufferer so when he started experiencing severe headaches earlier this week he just thought it was another migraine attack. His medicaine didn't seem to help much so when the pain became unbearable on Friday, he asked to be taken to the emergency room. An MRI revealed bleeding on the brain (apparently caused by a bump on the head about 10 days ago). Doctors rushed him into surgery to relieve the pressure. Surgery took about an hour but it seemed to take forever until we were finally able to see him. Came out of it OK. Was making jokes afterward and said the pain was gone. :thumbsup2

He's feeling better now, but put the family through a scare for sure. Will be in ICU for a few days till he's out of the woods.

Going up to the hospital to see him now.

I'll check back later.

Kevin

Kevin, I hope all turns out well! Our thoughts are with you!

Penny, the newsletter is astounding! I showed my DH and told him there were people who were even more excited and planned even more than me. Today he thinks I am a little less crazy than yesterday. I loved it!!!!

We have been at DH class reunion, so I am still catching up. Wow, I hope I have enough battery life.

Hey I know those people! :lmao:

Hi Angie! Say hi to Dennis for us!

PJ - great job on the newsletter!
:yay: Hi Mary! Hugs to Mark also. :grouphug: We are so looking forward to sailing with you Blabbermouths in 2008. Maybe we can convince some of this group to join us too. :thumbsup2

Has anyone made car rental arrangements specifically from the airport to port? If so, what is the cost for one-way rentals to and from? Are there any deals or discounts available?

We're interested in a family snorkeling excursion. We're looking for good reviews as to which port would be the best for this. Any advice?

I figure that I will be one step ahead for the next one. ;)

Thinking about what Mary said their design was for the first DD cruise, I cleaned up the design a bit...changed the DCL design to color...and added a little special touch to it. :)

Hi! We have snorkled in cozumel and near cozumel at sp? sounds like shellha but looks like xlha. It was wonderful, but I have read a lot on this sight that the hurricanes really beat up on the reefs in this are and the fish are harder to find, so I would skip this one..... and do castaway cay or costa maya.

Lisa,

oooh, that is so pretty! I love it. We ordered our shirts. They are white with an extra lime for DD and I. Have I mentioned that we are all readheads. Orange is not our best color.... Lime..... maybe... she looks good in everything so she is getting a lime and so am I. I can guarantee DH will never wear lime. Now you will all know who we are. I doubt you will see another entirley redheaded family on the ship.
