I can't make another reservation for a group brunch at Palo...sorry. You guys will have to make your resies & get them linked onboard...or have someone at the terminal ASAP that morning to go straight to the Palo resie location right after you board. Does anyone else who has done this big group thing before have any ideas?

Morning everyone.

Crazy day yesterday. Spent most of it at the hospital after my dad was rushed into emergency surgery for a subdural hematoma.

He's always been a migraine sufferer so when he started experiencing severe headaches earlier this week he just thought it was another migraine attack. His medicaine didn't seem to help much so when the pain became unbearable on Friday, he asked to be taken to the emergency room. An MRI revealed bleeding on the brain (apparently caused by a bump on the head about 10 days ago). Doctors rushed him into surgery to relieve the pressure. Surgery took about an hour but it seemed to take forever until we were finally able to see him. Came out of it OK. Was making jokes afterward and said the pain was gone.

He's feeling better now, but put the family through a scare for sure. Will be in ICU for a few days till he's out of the woods.

Going up to the hospital to see him now.

I'll check back later.

Yikes, that is quite scary. Glad he's feeling better now. I'll be praying for his speedy recovery.

This is a very nice thing you are doing and we are very excited to have bracelets to identify our fellow DISers all over the ship. I think this is going to be another trip where everyone else on board is gonna wish they were us.

OK, everyone. I have been PMd with the idea to add our own touch to the lime green Ts that alot of us are getting for boarding day. Since it isn't a dark color...the iron on could be done in black so much easier to deal with & we wouldn't have to search for the dark iron on paper. WDYT? Those of us who want to could I suppose???

Pardon my ignorance but what does SASE stand for? Usually I am pretty good at figuring these acronyms out but this one has me stumped.

I went ahead and order the shirts from disneyshopping. I ordered lime green for me and DD and navy for DH and DS. DH does not like lime green and I didn't want him to be the only one wearing a different color so it became lime green for the girls and navy for the boys.

I send in a transfer request to DU for our cruise since they are offering the $75 credit in addition to the credit we got for booking onboard. Between the two that will almost cover our tips.

I also noticed on the DCL site that stateroom 2608 was now available. Since it is just a few doors down from our current stateroom I am hoping that I can get moved. We love 2614 on the Wonder and want to stay in the same place but 2618 is open directly from the aft elevators and I would prefer to be a little more interior.
