I know it is morning - but since we're talking drinks - has anyone ever had a Key Lime Shooter. We made those this weekend...if you like key lime pie, you will love these.

Tell us how to make these. Key Lime Pie is our absolute favorite!!

I finished my last class for the semester yesyerday!! I get to walk in the graduation in a few weeks, but I still have 2 more classes to finish my degree. I was going to take them in the first summer session which starts the end of the month, but I think I will hold off. I do need a break from something!!

Key Lime Shooter recipe

Scale ingredients to servings
1 oz Licor 43® liqueur
1/2 oz white rum
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1/4 oz Rose's® lime juice
1/2 oz half-and-half

Shake with ice and strain into 2 shot glasses.

Quick notice for anyone who may be interested . . .

I just cancelled a 2 bedroom DVC at BCV for the 6,7, and 8th to move to OKW . . .

MS said I would be making someone happy, as most are going the other way - but we just love OKW.

Hope it is someone here - I saved 22 points!

They told me at MS there were no 2 bdrms or studios avail for the 3-8. I am waitlisted at OKW for those. Need pixie dust!!

So it is waitlist marathon for the final double dip crew! I am holding out for the ultimate Xmas DVC, the VWL in a studio. I am delusional but all is good!

That is great John! I told the kids that you guys were getting ready to go to WDW & DD just dropped her jaw then said that your DD knows she has to go to WDW with them. LOL! They are looking forward to playing at the beach again this year. I told them that it wont be much longer for that.

Were you aware that the tall ships are coming to Beaufort that week?

That should be really cool for the kids! I also sent you an email with some more details.

Angie - you may not be able to change to OKW because of the dates. I only needed three nights - 6th, 7th, and 8th. Since you are the 3-8 that may be why you are still waitlisted. I often wonder how they juggle all those reservations - that must be one heck of a program!

Finally rained here tonight - had been getting dry after that wet, wet, winter. Pollen and allergies have been out of this world in Ohio this year!

Jordan, just so you know, the feeling is mutual. I never thought we could make friends like we have across hundreds or thousands of miles. Some of our friends that we have made here (people we may have never known without the beauty of the internet) have become very close and dear friends to us. The wonderful thing about all of it is that you can find people who share your common interests (like Disney) while there may not be as many people like that nearby. It's truly a gift to be able to make those connections and friendships. The beer you owe me does not matter - we will miss your smiling face roaming the hallways of the Magic late at night. Hopefully, we will meet again on another cruise, or at WDW.

Tonight we talked about our first '07 trip, and because Sophia has Spring Break one week earlier than most (week before the week before Easter) it may be a good time to think about going. We are also thinking about joining Cristi on the '07 December Cruise, but it may not work because it is a full week later, and therefore closer to Christmas.

Going to the Cleveland Zoo tomorrow with Sophia's Kindergarten class. Should be fun, but it is supposed to rain all day . . .

We are going to try and meet up with Vanessa at WDW next week! Finally some R&R!

I think it is sweet...with that slightly lime/sour tartness left in your mouth. It really reminds me of key lime pie. I think the creamer/half n half gives it this rich smoothness.

Wondering if I can get some prayers - I'm being nominated for State Officer position for a Church women's group. I feel like I'm so young and unexperienced and they want me to run for President. I was going to try VP ... figuring I'd learn from others.

Anyway - can you guys keep me in your prayers that whatever God's will, be done! It is all so overwhelming right now that I don't know that I can make the right decision OR hear God's message.
