I remember going to the Tide's games when I was younger...the Met's AAA team. DH & I went to a VT football game before the kids came along and that was fun because we enjoy watching the games on TV together. I would never try to take the kids. DD is always having to run to the bathroom. I would miss a major play that way.

However, due to financial constraints, I had to make some tough decisions and the cruise was a casualty. FYI, I am not foregoing the cruise to buy Ducks season tix either. I am so sad...I really do need a vacation now and can't imagine not going this year. I know I am going to WDW sometime in '07.......![]()
I will check in from time to time to see how you are all doing.
Angie and Dennis I still hope to see you at the end of this month.

But for all you parents who've "been there"...don't you think every parent who complains about school should be required to "do duty"...meaning playground monitor or HR parent, etc. Ya just don't know what it is like until you've been there. I know last year I had some not-so-nice things to say about our HR parties....NEVER AGAIN!!! Now I understand.
