I have trouble searching in general. Sometimes it will work just fine and other times it gives me trouble! Ya just never know!
Ok, I am. We should hit that before I leave Friday morning.MommyMinnie said:Better start planning now for post 7000!
We don't trade the ones we buy either since we buy ones we want and like. We do trade some of the freebies we get from DVC with CMs and pick up some cool pins that way.kimerinc said:I second that about the "pin info". Where do you find them? I spent about $100 on pins for DD on her first trip to Disneyland. I picked all of her favorites. She never wanted to trade any of them and has not for 3 years. Live and learn....

I'm sure you have already looked on line, right? Spiegels, JC Penny, Sears, lots of sites that have formal wear for not too much $$.MommyMinnie said:Becka,
I bet you and your family are going to look fantastic on formal night, even in your regular dinner clothes.
I've backed myself into a corner by getting DD a good formal and DH a tux. Now I can't find anything for me and it's driving me crazy. I want to dress up because I won't have another opportunity for years and years. So, I want the dress to be great!
My Mom found me something from her theater costume closet but I feel a little old for hand me downs. And, I need to lose 15 lbs or buy really slimming underwear to pull it off.

.
I really prefer that there not be a formal night but we will dress appropriately (although not quite at a full tux level) because I don't want to risk missing AP since that is one of DS's highlights from our last cruise and he is really looking forward to it. Just because I don't like it does not mean that I will dress inappropriately if we do attend. If we don't have AP that night we may just skip the dining room in the end so we don't offend anyone.

The stuff I've heard of is called Spanx Shapewear and evidently you have to watch where the extra fluff goes.Castlepixie said:Hi Becka! I noticed in an earlier post you moved your cabin to 2608, we are in 2606. On the manifest I am listed as "Castlepizie" but I am really "Castlepixie". I certainly can understand a typo with as much work as Lisa has doneWe are wearing tea-length dresses (Black) and DH will wear a black suit. Those slimming underwear sound good!
