I went at lunch to the tire place to get my tires balanced since there was a lot of vibration when driving at highway speed. I chose the one that is right next to the Office Depot so I could walk over and get my door signs printed and laminated while I waited on my car. Smart, right? Anyway I drop off the car and I go over to the OD only to discover that their color printer is being serviced and is not available. So I ended up waiting on my car and then driving across town to Staples to drop it off. I now have to go back to Staples to pick up the door signs after I pick everyone up tonight. I hope they turn out OK because I am out of time.

Becka, if you feel bad about missing your mani/pedi... I never even got around to scheduling one. And I've been Purelling up a storm, so combined with the cold weather, I have sandpaper hands. Wouldn't even be brave enough to be seen at a salon now. Nice, huh?

I've been doing so much moving stuff around and washing dishes and stuff that mine are gone...(cracked/ split/ whatever)

I've actually been picking up new packages of underwear and socks for us for months now to accumulate 2 weeks worth and already packed them. That way I wouldn't have to worry about last minute scrambling to find enough undies.

Don't take the new stuff.... take the old stuff and don't bring it back, just throw it away!

I so love travel days. Good thing he is being nice today or I would have to get cranky.

We are all packed (overpacked) everything is in the car. We are driving to Salt Lake tonight to see the lights at temple square and then a carraige ride and Santa. We are staying overnight to get up early and get on the plane.

Hopefully I can check in later tonight.

Because I am a planning geek, I was looking up the customs info:

You must declare all articles acquired during your trip and in your possession at the time of your return.
This includes:
Articles presented to you while abroad, such as wedding and birthday presents or inherited items.


Ummmm, so on an official document, we will have to list "lime green leis, decks of cards, smiley stuff, stocking, pirate trinkets, pencils, keychains, etc." Value: Priceless.

I am going to run. Not sure if I will have time to check in again before I leave. Maybe just to check PMs for things I need. I have to throw the shoes in a bag, get last minute things together, and clean more of this house. When DH gets back with the van from changing the oil, I have to clean that out as well. Later!

My mom has started her trip down to FL. (She going to my DSF's DD house near the VA/NC border tonight.)

She dropped off our pirate garb at my house. I haven't seen it yet (won't get back from the gym/horse farm till 8:00 ish but if you guys hear screaming it's not good. (ok Karen and Charlotte may hear me)
