hey girls! did any of you ever try that bailey/amaretto drink? i'm gonna go get one in a minute. just finished putting clothes away. I have both boys clothes all picked out except for a small last minute list. now need to get mine and dh done!

yes it keeps the mice out too. we stuff them in shoes, pockets etc.

the mechanic recommended stuffing them in/around car hoses if you are not running the car for a while. we had some pretty bad porcupine damage in both cars.

massage your sinuses When I am really stuffed up and I go for a massage she will massage my sinuses. She can feel the which one is backed up and really puts pressure on it to help it open up.
I find that evn when I can't go to her I can to this myself and it works.

Thanks Amy. I will do that. My ear keeps opening and blocking all day. I am taking that as a good sign...at least it isn't completly blocked.

OK...Most of DS's clothes are on the couch folded & ready to pack. DD's are ready for the cruise but I need to get some long sleeved things out for them in the parks & the trip to WDW & home. I have most of my cruise clothes folded on the bed but honestly there are only a couple outfits I really want to wear and am totally uninspired with the rest. WAHHH!!!! This is going to be completely different for me. I don't think that we will be using ziplock bags for the kid's clothes this time...at least not by outfit. I just know that I am going to forget something. Don't say anything if you guys see me in the same outfit everyday ok?

for girls curls...have you all ever tried socks (roll up and tie) and sleep in them? I do that with mine, and the curls last and last. Also sleep in damp french braids...two and then in the morning a few touches with a curling iron works as well.

Do the socks have to be clean?

yes when you live in the country the mice and squirrels love to use anything warm like boots and snow suit pockets to store their food in. hubby took his rollerblades to San Diego on a business trip and found them filled with acorns.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! NEVER use the USPS. Fed Ex is usually half the price AND includes insurance. Besides, PM is not guaranteed to get there in 2-3 days. I had some things take weeks when I was ebaying.

I shipped UPS and anything valued up to $100 was insured for free and it was guaranteed to arrive in 3 days.

yes Priority can arrive any old time it feels like. Because of where we live in the boonies none of the services guarantee delivery to us. Fed ex is 2 days, UPS too. I swear the USPS holds mail and just delivers it when they feel like driving up the driveway.

I took DMIL shopping today - she got a few things. Big effort though. then we had to pick up the kids from school and ride out the storm at her house.
70 MPH winds here. tornado warnings too.
