Hey thanks you guys! I had a really bad day too and since you will all see me I am going to tell you why. I have skin cancer on my face. Not a really big deal because they take them off really fast and it is just an hour office visit, but today I had 3 "problematics" taken off and I have lovely black stitches on both sides of my face. The stitches come out Tuesday, but today I look a lot like frankenstien. I am hoping they will all be perfect by next monday, and they should be very very light then. The plastic surgeon who takes them off is really good and has done a great job in the past. I am bummed because I figure if I am going to a plastic surgeon I want something good. Anyway the anesthetic is wearing off and I am going to take a tiny pain pill to sleep for just tonight. Really this is not a big deal, I am just telling you why it was so cool to read all your posts! (and in case I still look like frankenstien)

I get to sit here on a wonderful Thursday night watching the Cincinnati Bengals play on national TV. They are shutting the ravens down so far. The defense has been awesome. We are waiting for the weather to move in. It sounds like tomorrow afternoon/evening could be a real mess. Temps are starting to drop and the weatherman says we are going to get freezing rain & snow during the day. We can usually depend on the weatherman to be very wrong. But as soon as you do that, we get the big storm. We live right on the Ohio river and it is really interesting how that affects the weather.

Columbia River for us. Cold winds come blowing down that gorge and then hit the warmer rain. Voila! Freezing rain.

It is saved on two computers as a jpg, gif and MS Word document! I am thinking about taking a copy to the safe deposit box this weekend as well.

Carla! Just think that in less than 9 days we will be on a beautiful ship just getting to know one another in person. If laughter is the best medicine we will be the healthiest bunch alive by the end of the first evening!!!

Kim! I am sure you don't look like Frankenstein. You know we will love you no matter what you look like anyway. The important thing is to take care of yourself and be thankful that you caught it early.

well it is time to call it a night. sounds like tomorrows evening commute could be fun. hopefully it will all miss us. I want the snow/ice/freezing rain to wait until we are in florida. they just issued a high wind warning and set off the weather radio. unfortunately it woke DS up. oh well, the weathermen around here are usually wrong. see you all tomorrow.
