It's 4pm and my docs still haven't arrived. I looked at the delivery company's website that our TA said he'd be using to ship our docs (a generic company because he is apparently too cheap to use fedex or UPS) and that site says they deliver before 11am meaning they should've arrived this morning. I'm so angry. We called this TA for 2 days straight leaving a couple voicemails asking the status of our docs, then finally DH was able to catch the guy on the phone and that is when he told us our docs were in and DH asked for them to be overnighted.

We've had nothing but trouble with this company.
