I wont let a little rain ruin our trip. We spent a day at MK with the rain. I have packed up our green ponchos already.

We will be in MK this time next week!!!!!

Samantha has her 4 year old well check this afternoon. I hope she stays somewhat clean at school. I am anxious to see her height and weight. I know she's off the charts.
John and I were up at 5 am this morning and actually got a chance to just "talk" and he brought up the fact he wishes she would start school next Aug as he is afraid she will be made fun of as she seems to tower over most of the K age kids now. Unless they all just happen to be a short class. ?? At first I thought that no teasing in K, but I hear it on her playground in preschool. I definitely try and stress to her how important it is to be nice to others.

Just an update in case anyone was interested. We made it to work fine - the main roads were not too bad. Hopefully we will get home tonight before the worst of it really hits.

Work has been chaos (as can always be expected). I hope I get to check in again a little later.

I just need to breathe and remind myself that in one week I will only have 1 HOUR left here before I am on VACATION!!!!

I am not sure where we are going in the am, we have dinner reservations at the Plaza at 4:30.....so we should be there early....but who knows....? I would like to get over to see the Nemo musical as well. I have heard it is fantastic.

The last two we drove down the night before from VA but with the Carnival cruise the following week i didn't feel like driving to FLA roundtrip 2 weeks in a row. By getting to Cocoa Beach the night before this time we'll actually be doing better

I did a google for egg cooker and found this. Very similar to mine. I think mine is a Egg Head brand (?) and cost just a couple of dollars less, but it looks almost the same. My favorite small appliance. MMMM love them deviled eggs!

OK - know how I've told you guys I'm not real keen on my TA??? I just called to fine out where our freakin docs are - she says:
They came in over the weekend - you can pick them up anytime.
So I say:
WHAT??? YOU MEAN THEY'VE BEEN IN YOUR OFFICE FOR 4 DAYS AND YOU HAVEN'T CALLED ME??????? DO YOU NOT REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF THESE DOCS AND THE PAIN AND SUFFERING I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING????

OK - maybe I didn't really SAY that, but I sure did THINK it!!!

So looks like I'll be sailing after all!!

Now - back to catching up...I WILL get finished packing TODAY (at least the clothes)!!!! That is my goal!!!

I might be the last to leave home - around noonish on the 8th - but I think some people are taking laptops and will still post the evening of the 8th.

My BIL says I can borrow his laptop!

We figured since we were from Vegas this would be one way to remember us everytime you play cards ....Hope you like and it isnt to cheesy ....Every Dis Family on the Manifest will get a deck with our logo on it to remember the cruise ...

Today has been a great mail day!!! My doorbell just rang and it was the postman. He had a package from Elaine for Jake. That suit is awesome!!! It will perfectly match the dress I have for Eliza. Look for it on Semi-formal night!!!! PERFECT!!!!!
